The Chinese built BYD buses uses the Conventional Electric powered ground cable, just like the Electric Cars 🚗, All use the Charging Electric cable to charge the buses Except Linkker Electric buses.
@@shawnandbuses2258 We'll see about that. I have a feeling LTA might procure Volvo electric buses since they have currently two units in Singapore (as driverless bus prototypes)
I believe they also use the same technology of battery-electric buses inside a fleet of Wright Streetlites just to the north of London in operation by Arriva (so somewhere in the "shires") which also started operation a few years ago. I may also add that on Transdev's most popular route in North England called "The Witchaway" is voiced by an annoying actor from some garbage ITV TV program and if you wanted to know for some reason, their corporate typeface is Ubuntu (from the Linux OS Devs aka Canonical Ltd.).
@Jason so sorry to hear that but I wanna tell you China can also make good products but Chinese producer aim to the biggest profit rather than the quality of the goods
Nice to see those Volvo 7900E in UK, quieter rides. Good video

Singapore has volvo 7900 tested for autonomous vehicle right?
I'm looking forward to the debut of the Volvo 7900 electric in Singapore!
Who knows, SBS Transit may use them since it is a loyal customer of Volvo?
@Jason I know about that, what I meant in this is that LTA purchases Volvo 7900 Electrics for SBST.
说实话,中国制造不好。
It's up to LTA decision right now whether to procure Volvo 7900E or not. If not, maybe Volvo BZL if they bring a demo unit in future
