I am always so amazed how these CC creators can build so many beautiful pieces. EA tries so hard but it lever looks as good as CC stuff.
I don't think EA tries tbh. They know the mods will do their work for free

Right I'm highkey trying to dabble myself mostly to fix things i like or to make add ons I havent seen made yet, to have such a skill can be so handy in this space!

Sometimes the mattresses and frames are in weird categories. Like I remember finding a bunch in misc. deco and kids furniture.

The thing with the CC beds is that sometimes the bedframe is in the tag of miscelanea and in your case looks like is the other way with the matress. Check in miscelanea, the general tag🤔
These packs are lovely, thanks for sharing, Satch. Usually when I download cc beds they come with mattresses as well. I recommend trying out Ravasheen's cc beds, they are beautiful and come with mattresses (for toddlers as well)
I also second Ravansheen's CC - so many free gameplay items too

I'm unsure of what counts as a big creator, but I love Myshunosun's stuff. I use it in every build

I love clutter cat! They've made multiple mattresses, either you missed it, or its in another pack,(a lot of cc creators at some point make a lot of mattresses and instead of constantly making more to clutter the menu, they'll trust you have at least one of their mattresses and just offer a new frame that will fit one of their mattresses) I spent a day organising her cc and looking at the pictures to make sure i was using them right then made a room of it so if I ever needed to check in game it was there, but yh it took me a while to figure the stair pack 😅 the pictures on their site helps A Lot! Also Love Awingedllama! They were my first branch out from the HarriexFelix peacemaker sphere, I found Pierisim and Tuds because of them 😂 ahh nostalgia! Oh and making awingedllama+basegame rooms was my first cc public builds!😢

I think their CC is beautiful as well, but it seems to be locked behind an expensive paywall unfortunately. 😥
@@GK-ob1ni Most of it is on early access, so after a certain time you can find most on their Curse Forge account, its hard to find the download links on their Patreon and tumbler, where as on CF you see all the things you can download. they started off doing mostly clutter items, they branched into surfaces and shelves, now they're doing full rooms and stuff, so I know a couple of their items stay behind the paywall, but the free stuff are just as great, it was only after I got all their free stuff and realised how often i used them in my game that I paid for the rest but mostly as a thank you for the hard work lol

I adore these creators! TS4 CC creators make me tempted to download the game again... if only I could download a version that just had build mode, so it didn't eat up so much storage on my computer and take forever to load and lag all the time! I just want to design some houses with this stuff!
Most CC creators that make bedrooms will NOT remake the mattress. They are usually in the first pack but sometimes new styles will be scattered, most are good about noting this somewhere =)

I have the nostalgia living pack and I love it! Seeing some of these packs really makes me want to get them but I have so much CC already.
modders really keep this game alive because some of the maxis stuff are just ridiculous, either they're oversized or the swatches are ugleeeh. I really love cc clothing racks specifically made for the GTW retail system because, well, that's how we shop irl and not from mannequins. Who even snatches the clothes off mannequins to buy them? Have the devs not done shopping irl? Or is that how they shop? I can't believe it's not been fixed yet when GTW has been out since forever

What I really wish was for there to be a (non cheating OP way) to increase the quality of Buy mode items. I love the look of the mid cost items (yes, the cheap stuff sometimes, but it’s not about saving costs, it’s about aesthetic!!!!) but then I miss out on decent bonuses for my sims.
I found a mod that lets you regularly buy a new mattress (not through the buy section, just through clicking on the bed and clicking the option) but it speeds up sleeping so fast that I’m not even sure if the most expensive bed with handiness upgrades would raise energy so fast.
I just want the ability to eventually raise my favorite look to the same level as the most expensive beds. I wouldn’t mind buying mattress who’s price equals the same as the most expensive beds, just so long as I can keep the cute room aesthetic I worked painstakingly on.
Upgrading a bed using handiness skill can make a lot of difference in my opinion.

I'd like more reviews like these. Also maybe a video about custom lot traits/challenges review and show them off. I didn't find any vids like that concentrated on this.
The mattresses and bedframes are often in different categories. Try searching by the creator's name or by the name of the bedframe. The bedding should have the same name on it and should pop up.
As to the bedding sometimes if you use show hidden objects or search for just that particular set you will find the bedding

The mattresses is a big plus for CC creators to include. I love the ability to choose those things different. I wish Maxis would do the same on a lot of the objects. I love Peacemaker and Pierisim because they do matching mattresses with their bed frames. Peace has them as a separate downloads as well as within the collections they release.
I do NOT like override CC - where the Maxis object is replaced. It causes the filters in game to exclude those Maxis objects when you uncheck “Custom Content” and then if you upload with the in game Maxis objects they show up as “Modded” in the gallery.

So my recommendation isn’t for mods or CC but a sims 4 builder.
Their name is simcubz and they make the most unique community builds that are great for gameplay.

nooo satch my game files is already 40GB 😫
I just tried to download the set by Clutter Cat and it looks like you can only get the download link if you pay a $20/month membership, which I can't afford right now unfortunately. Usually Satch only recommends free stuff so I'm wondering I'm doing something wrong. Has anyone been able to download this successfully without paying the membership fee?

You should check out Myshunosun and Max20, their furniture CC is so good. I usually only ever use Myshunosun CC in game because of how good it is

You know, I kinda hate the sims 4 for producing low quality garbage while mod creators create better items.
I mostly bought packs for the world and gameplay but never have I ever decided to buy a pack for the items. Console players I'm sorry but the shit you have right now are basically the minimum of what you could get if you own a laptop.

I do love cc, but sets are rarely for me. It comes with too much parts which feels way too overwhelming for me. And also this kind of sets I mean... they are perfectly fine, but too simple and not inspiring at all. I feel like we already have too much white bread crap in game.
