You got it bro. Llyod Price was another favorite when I was young. I liked his style and tenacity. He was often on tv talk shows. Always a wide smile. I admired his business accomplishments outside of music. Another one of a kind personality. Stagger Lee was my favorite. He had a swing style on that song and the song told a story. You hit a home run with this bro. I'm glad you are doing these blogs. I hope they inspire young prople to go and find more on these artists to see where they fit in R&B history.
