- This Ayurvedic treatment suggested to get relief from lower back pain using purely herbal Ayurvedic treatment methods. Known as Kativasti, in this a medicated oil mixed with black gram dough, placed on the patient for an extended duration of time.

I think ancient India was very much good, natural scenery of banyan and other trees, full use of natural substance for hair, body massages were done there, totally natural, no artificial toxic products, honest transparent mind, advanced in maths, science, astronomy, history, geography, new inventions, martial arts culture for both men and women for self defense, yoga a soothing atmosphere of studies in nalanda and other universities. Daily doing puja by natural incense sticks, liting pradeep or lamp, sanskrit mantra chanting and in communication pali, prakriti, magadha, sourseni, sanskrit and other languages, beautiful dresses sherwani pagri, and other dresses, those nights of raining and beautiful natural smell of soil. Oh, and veg foods a great civilization that is no more.
