They are very versatile - pretty dang powerful, and this one has a good amount of options. For it to be perfect for me, I'd fix the following: - Engine sound is way to high compared to other tractors in base game, which makes it annoying to use - Colors; yes, i know the colors are Fiat colors, but I prefer to be able to color my tractors. The colors on this one also don't match the Giants (Premium DLC) colors for Fiat - if you own both this and the 160-80, they aren't the same color. - More Tire options - a few "standard" options, and weights are missing, and duals only exists for certain brands. - CVT option - although potentially not realistic, I'd like to see an "upgrade" option to have a CVT or automatic transmission.
very true - a complete rebuild of it to be fully colorable would be awesome! my update to it was just a slight re-color of the fermenter, and adding a silo that looks the same - you won’t see the difference until they are side by side. finishing recording the next ep right now, adding a few sheds, farmhouse, and more.
Great job buddy.. I have never used both of those seeders at the same time before. 😮 It turns out that we have basically the same land as each other. 😊 Oh.. well.. Take care.
Thanks 👍 As everyone expands their holdings, it's inevitable that we'll "run into each other"... but I think that's part of the fun. It'll be interesting to see how we each use the same land differently... I'm planning on expanding up to the road on your plot, but not further to create a massive grass field.
@northernfarmsim i’m the same way, hate taking them myself, but for some reason it wouldn’t let me buy that piece. oh well, i’ll upgrade to the xL version next time!
I've had this map in a savegame folder since it came out - I've used it in a few tutorial videos as it's nice and simple and loads fast. There are a few little gotcha's in the map that need to be fixed for it to be "perfect"... but it's incredibly playable as it is. The hill there that the store is atop of - is a great gameplay "element"... and makes this map pretty unique.
It does? At some point I probably knew that, but never seem to remember. Thanks for that tip - we'll see if I switch to that one at some point, just to avoid the drawbar thing (which I just struggled for two hours off-recording, it's like Zoolander - can only turn right) If I do switch, luckily I have a deal with the dealership where they'll paint just about anything all black for me. :wink
@farmer-mile there is another way of doing it, but it requires editing your savegame placeables file… not for the faint of heart! thanks.l for watching!
This is a bug with Calm Lands (and a few other maps like Middleburgh) - where WOOD is listed in the fillTypes with a "flag" set that prevents it from showing up on the prices table - which is somewhat of an odd setting. showOnPriceTable="false" . If you update the "false" to "true", WOOD will show up on the prices table. That said, as you've seen... it's still sellable, just you can't find out the price.
oh man i love those fiatagri tractors sound so awesome and are very versatile

Lots of great work. That would be a neat update to Hessian Fermentor to make it colorable. A bigger shed will be great. Nice logging too.

Oh man that’s a big field! Nice one 👍 So far I’ve just paid the service to do the soil samples….I hate taking them myself.

nice job Josh
Thanks Jewel for watching! You're the best!
@@gmngjoy your welcome
Nice work Josh
Thanks @brucesgaming! I'm having a great time with this challenge... but the other ones i have in process are still nagging me to complete. :sad
@@gmngjoy Yeah I hear you there, pace yourself, dont want to get burned out.
@@brucesgaming i hear that - but if anything, i’ll probably get burned out on the video editing. haha!
Just so you know that JD 8350 does the same thing for 1/2 price. I often buy 3 and join them in a triangle straight on each other .No bars needed .

I know , saw the struggle >:)@@gmngjoy
@@brianedwards2532 it got worse when the courseplay course for seeding ended up getting stuck in the trees on every row.
@@gmngjoy LOL cant wait to see it >:)
Really nice job sir 😊 that NPC trick I think Im gonna borrow 😅
Looking forward to see the progress.

@@gmngjoy allright but this works just fine 😊 I am a good XML editor if I may say so 😃😂
Your welcome mate.
@@Farmer-Mike i may post a separate video on both ways. i’ll let you know!
@@gmngjoy thanks so much 👌😊
The progress you have made is immense. That field is massive lol
it is. i’m starting to think i should switch to normal or hard economy. the next one is even bigger.
Great episode Josh that was a good tip on placing those production buildings
Glad you enjoyed it
I really enjoy your videos, very creative, informative and fun. 😊
thanks @JacksargeFarming! I try to pass along what I know while telling my story. i’m glad it helped!
How did you add Wood as a sell type on the map? I'm starting on Middleburgh and it only has chips.
Oh wait! Looks like there is a sawmill and I did sell the logs. However wood is still not listed for some reason.. unless I just missed it.
