Love you to bits...but I'm not so sure about this lighting. I could see the concealer was yellow on your hand, but not on your face. You said the highlighter was gold, but I couldn't see that either. I really liked your previous lighting set-up because I could see the colors and besides your lovely personality, I'm kinda here for the colors - our skin tones are similar and it's so helpful to see how colors work on you.
The ilia mascara is one of my favorites ever but you do need to know that you have to use the comb side of the wand for the first coat and the spiky side for the second coat to get the volume you seek !!
I’ve just recently purchased the mini of this mascara and I’m in love! It’s similar to glossier, but gives you that “oomph”! For sure buying the full size!
Love this look!! Not loving the yellowy tone back drop... I don't think it's the most flattering color. Loved the white, all the make up looks always popped against it. Maybe just add some flowers or plants for some life.
Generally, I like it better with a regular background like you had before; it makes it feel more familiar. But this doesn’t bother me. Excited for EDM ❤️
I have been dying for you to try these productssssyewwww. LOVE the ilia skin tint. I use it as a foundation (I think the coverage is somewhere in between the glossier skin tint and the bareminerals complexion rescue), but MAKE SURE YOU SHAKE WELL before use!! This mixes up the spf and color a bit better so it provides better coverage. I also suggest avoiding pairing it with anything silicone based so that it doesn’t pill. It stays pretty dewy, but I think it sets down more than the glossier skin tint. I also find that the Kosas concealer is light (not medium) coverage and I also pair it with another concealer if I actually want to cover dark circles.

I swear, this beautiful being has the personality to make ANY kind of video. She could be showing us her vacuum, and I’d be fully invested. 🕺🏼 LOVE the EDM graphics! Holy rusted metal, Batman! They’re aesthetic GOLD! 🤩 HAAAATE the backdrop. It makes everything to monochromatic. And I prefer the “at home” vibe as opposed to the “in studio” vibe. The former makes the video so much more relatable and brighter. The latter looks like it’s being filmed in a drabby well-lit closet.

I actually have rosacea on my cheeks and have found that it does a great job of evening out my skin tone. I’ll just take a concealer and spot conceal on certain spots that need a little more coverage & the mixture gives the skin the perfect natural coverage that I never thought I’d be able to get with my rosacea!! I also find that I can use the CoverFX perfect setting powder with it to set the skin tint without any issues. By doing this, it lasts a long time on the skin for me!!

Love the Rituel de Fille products! Have several cream blushes and the sheer lip tints. They’re all great! Glad you gave me an honest review of the kosas concealer and the ilia tint. I also knew you wouldn’t live the ilia mascara bc I didn’t like it and I’m not even picky with my mascaras. With the Ilia tint, you have to shake it really, really well. When you do that there are no little white chunks and I find it gives more coverage when it's well mixed!
I had the exact same issue with the color of the Kosas concealer! I actually found it difficult to blend when I applied it directly from the applicator but I loved it when I applied it from the back of my hand. It seems to be one of those that benefits from warming it up. Love this video!
I love my ILIA Skin Tint! If you apply a couple thin layers, you can get a little more coverage. I find that it sets itself in around 10 minutes. Considering wearing it as wedding makeup because I love the finish

The ilia skin tint says it’s supposed to be used like a skincare/foundation so I put it on as skincare on a clean face and I love it. I doesn’t give much coverage but i like a light coverage anyway. I just use this and concealer and it gives me a nice natural dewy look. It doesn’t feel tacky or heavy all day on me which I love.
I LOVE that ilia mascara, so I’m hoping you give it another chance! It has multiple sides, girl 🤗 I use the shorter side first for lots o’ volume and then the longer comb side to create length/some wispiness. It seems to work better when I don’t let it dry in between coats, so do one eye at a time baby!

I would love to see you keep your blush higher up on your cheeks! Bringing your blush all the way down to where you apply bronzer and contour can make your face appear like it’s sagging. SHAKE IT BABY...hehe...you have to shake the Ilia Skin Serum super well to mix the pigments & get that glow WITH skin evening coverage. I wear shade 11 & it’s stunning as a foundation (I’m a light coverage kinda girl who loves Bite & Giorgio Armani Luminous foundations). Also, I found the Kosas concealer to be way off from the container too, but if I use a brush I get the best coverage vs. fingers or a sponge. I wish I had the love you have for the Kosas bronzer; I cannot take the smell & it turns so orange on me. I even tried to channel my inner Alana & use it as a glowy dust over my prefered bronzer but “no bueno!” Thanks for being so awesome!

The exact same thing happened to me with the lightest shade of the Kosas concealer. It was so so dark and so so yellow.

So excited for everyday May! Have you tried the new cream bronzer from Tower28? I got it from the sephora sale and is something that I didn’t know that I needed: luminous and bronzy that look like skin!!!! Sooo Allana!!!!!
The Kosas lip oil is amazing! I'm a big Kosas fan, they do their products really well. I love their cheek cream duo in Velvet Melon, bronzer, concealer and the lip oil in Jellyfish

Also, I purchased the Ilia skin tint and I just wear it on its own as an everyday tint and I really love how hydrated and glowy it makes my skin feel. I wouldn't wear on a night out but for a day to day product I really enjoy (& love knowing that all the ingredients are actually doing something good for my skin at the same time). I am DYING to try the highlighter from Lilah B and the Rien palettes, both look so stunning !!!

SHAKE IT BABY...hehe...you have to shake the Ilia Skin Serum super well to mix the pigments & get that glow WITH skin evening coverage. I wear shade 11 & it’s stunning as a foundation (I’m a light coverage kinda girl who loves Bite & Giorgio Armani Luminous foundations).
Also, I found the Kosas concealer to be way off from the container too, but if I use a brush I get the best coverage vs. fingers or a sponge.
I wish I had the love you have for the Kosas bronzer; I cannot take the smell & it turns so orange on me. I even tried to channel my inner Alana & use it as a glowy dust over my prefered bronzer but “no bueno!”

ohhh the kosas concealer. i bought it cause i thought it would be a more... full coverage glossier concealer, but i find it's quite heavy with crappy coverage. my faves are the ilia serum concealer and the glossier concealer. LE SIGH.

For the Kosas concealer, try letting it set for a minute or two, then blend it out! That’s what works well for me!
how did you get the ilia sunscreen?? when i go on it says not available in canada :(
