Beautiful place.
Recently, in America here. the first floor is more expensive than the second and third floor. I really can not understand why they decided to price rental apartments this way. And any family with more kids is referred to the first floor.

Really, usually first floor is the cheapest in the USA. It could be you have kids n getting 2-3 rooms. The states played a huge factor as well
