On Wednesday October 3, spectators headed over to the Théâtre de l’Ampoule in Châtillon, near Paris, to witness Dieudonné perform his show 'L’Émancipation' for the last time. They were surprised, upon their arrival, to find a cordon composed of approximately 20 policemen blocking entry to the theatre.What was the reason for this exceptional deployment of police forces? An illusory municipal order after a visit from a "security commission", which felt that the building was not fit to host an entire audience.
As you will see, Dieudonné again found a way to circumvent the censorship with humor and some audacity.
