Looks very tasty but next time when presenting you could place the dish flat and have the camera zoom in on the dish so we can see clearly how it looks on the plate.

Aunt Pauline, that’s quite a meal you cook there., I know you Jamaicans 🇯🇲 Love to eat Pork.,I personally won’t use the Pork Bacon stew, because I am Jewish.,🇮🇱 But I will Definitely Cook either Stew BEEF or Stew Chicken instead., maybe some stew Goat or Lamb maybe., I never eaten Steamed Callaloo., that will be a first for me., but it looks delicious., I am Trini 🇹🇹, I love the way we Cook our Callaloo., Thank you for sharing the name of the Gentleman from upstate New York., in Newburgh County., I Live about 6 hours drive from Newburgh New York, in New Hampshire.🇺🇸, So I see you are still using the Arsonic food Poison Pots for Cooking, for both the meat and the Callaloo., It’s your health and your choice., I won’t say anymore Again., I Like your outdoor garden, it’s not as big as mine, Mines are all located in a Huge outdoor Greenhouse Garden., where I have an Arrray of Fruits and Vegetables and Assorted Greens Growing in my Extremely huge Greenhouse that also leads to a Private Lake Near the backyard of the Greenhouse.., I Rarely go to the grocery store to get any of the vegetables and Garden greens I produce myself., I enjoyed watching you cook your stew Bacon and Callaloo Cookup., and I hope you stay healthy and blessed Always…! 👩🏾🦳❤️🇮🇱🇹🇹🌈🇺🇸🇯🇲🥘👍🏾

@kirkhambrown7276 Why is that so important to You, it doesn't concerns you, and it has nothing to do with you., Are you so jealous and Envious, you must take a Stand against something to feel important and be Heard, why don't you stay out of Old folks business, it's not about competition, it's about Comeroderry or Organization or Preparation., it has nothing to do with size or height 🙄. So stop being Jealous and Envious, 🤦🏾♀️ AND thank God for what little you have., 🙏🏾 BUT i know he will not bless you with more, because of your Hateful mindset before others 👏🏾☝🏾 AND your own self contemp for others who are Not Ever like YOU will Ever BE..! 🤷🏾♀️❤️✡️🇺🇸🌈✝️🇹🇹🙏🏾🏡☝🏾
Aunty Pauline, just some advice. Wear disposable gloves when you season your meat. Meats are highly contaminated, and although you wash your hands, there still could be a bit of bacteria on your hands going into the other food. With gloves, you can throw them away after you season and mix your meat, and your hands will be cleaner after you dispose of the gloves and wash your hands, and wipe down everything. Much love! ❤
Auntie Pauline: Why do you call it callaloo? I'm from Trinidad and we call it Spinach or Barggie. Callaloo is Trinidad national dish. We say Crab and Callaloo.
Referring to the lady talking about Jamaican loves to eat pork. Miss that not true. We have all types of meats, and fish to eat so we have choices. People all over the world do eat pork, even some that are deeply religious do eat it. Arsenic is in the soil, and some of the foods that are eaten here. Every pots, and pans are dangerous. The ones that are made out of virgin clay are good. Everything is contaminated now, we have to just pray and eat organic food if we can afford it.Be well, be safe. Keep Up The Good Work. Blessings.
