I am nearly finished watching most of the videos you posted. I am amazed with what you can do with nearly any material we can think of. Simply, Hats off!!!!.
Found this page a couple of days ago and since then ive been obsessed, non-stop watching your videos. You have been such an inspiration to me and so i have decided to get a mini lathe for Christmas. I love all of your videos so much and would really love a series on how to make simpler rings at home. Thank you so much for being a huge inspiration to me and making me get up and do something productive. Your work is so awesome please keep creating. Thanks
A lot of these motivational videos say "Find something you're good at, do it, and the money will follow." This is an example. Machine work is something he is good at (my Dad has been doing machining for YEARS!) and he decided to one day to make rings and now he has a business doing what he enjoys. A video I watched said some young man enjoyed mowing lawns. Everyone said he wasn't going to make a 'living' doing that and he should get a regular job. He was offered a position to maintain the landscape for a Football stadium earning over 2 million dollars a year... He was good at mowing lawns, he kept doing it, and now look at him.
Billy Rowe Its true... Even regular tradesman machinists can make upwards of $20 USD an hour or more. Journeyman programmers can make upwards of $40 USD an hour and then some. Although those super high paying positions are generally reserved to the realms of "contract programmers". I've seen some of those guys easily bring in six figure incomes annually, and that's not even if they're working all year round and take a fair amount of time off. Which by the way, they can pretty much do whenever they want since their workload and hours are completely determined by their own drive and desire. Well of course their local/regional industry market needs have a roll in this too, but almost all of the guys I know in this particular profession travel nationwide for work when necessary. Unfortunately this particular niche in the trade is a dying breed, since its much more common practice these days for shops of all sizes to put full-time, dedicated programmers on the payroll as opposed to farming out all that work to specialized third parties at a much higher overhead cost. Still, journeyman programmers remain the highest paid positions in the trade and until the birth of "Strong AI" the only positions with any real job security. Meaning that any computerized machine will still need that human element to tell it what to do until they (the machines) can tell themselves what to do.
You have many ideas... you know what you're doing... and you're great at it. I think you're ready to take this to the next level... Selling these BIG time using all websites. These videos are a GREAT example of how much hand-labor work go into these rings. You need to take this 'business' to the next level. You're VERY ready buddy. I'm impressed with your designs and your very hard and thorough work to getting these perfect. You take absolutely no shortcuts. It is literally time you go BIG with this stuff. These rings are becoming very next level stuff.
I just wanna say I love your work along with the company, and I really wanna get into making rings like y’all. I am currently waiting to get started at a new part time job so I can buy one of your ring. And I love the craftsmen ship, you are one of the reasons why I love working with my hands. Much respect to you and your businesses
I love it ,mixing textures , colors and materials can end up with a cool, funky ring. I love the rings you make because you have talent. The only problem is that I can't afford them.
Awesome job, these rings are getting crazier and crazier! Ive always wanted a metal lathe for my own projects and im finally ready to buy one but dont know where to start? Do you have yours listed anywhere or can anyone recommend an affordable one that wont break on me?
This is a good idea. As a kid, I couldn't wear any necklace because I'd get a rash within hours. The same with a bracelet. I never tried a ring... but I have no doubt that would irritate my skin. This carbon fiber inside wouldn't irritate my skin and is something I'd purchase...
I like the ring but I think it would have looked better if the timascus was between 2 superconductor material that would be on outside and carbon fibre on inside... Thought ring would probably be my favourite of all time.
I kinda have an Idea, how about a ring that is made of the wood shavings or leaves or flower petals in resin with glow powder and meteorite fragments in it?
I absolutely love this video! The ring and the music included! Speaking of what are the names of the songs that you used? I'm definitely visiting your store today
The Carbon almost looks like a tiremark on the inside, kinda cool looking. Could you get that effect on the outside of a pure carbon ring? Might sell well to motorsport enthusiasts.
I find the ring to be especially gorgeous! Now personally if it had been me, I would've had added something between the superconductor and the timascus, the two materials have an odd clash which looks nice, but at the same time there's sooo much going on to look at, I think it takes away from the overall look of the ring. That being said, I really enjoyed the video! And the ring does look very pretty, I love the etch done on it, and I always love to see timascus being used as a decorative material, because I often see it go unappreciated

I like to have a ring 14

Looks like a clash between fire and water.
👍👌

Thanks for your comment and support :) hope you have many hours of fun using the lathe. I’ll work on getting some simpler videos out.
Patrick Adair Designs Is it possible for you to make this ring avalible on your website?
The ring looks nice. I liked the fact that u combined both materials together and then finished it with the CF look.

Amazing craftsmanship. I had no idea rings could be made to look this way.
This is so so amazing. One of my favorite rings so far.
That ring looks absolutely awesome. The liner was a great addition too
That ring is absolutely astonishingly beautiful

Man I can't get enough of you making rings I don't know why.
Damn that's awesome...
Try infusing the glowing material into the super conductor for that molten glowing core look with solid obsidian chunks.
The contrast of the colors looks pretty nice actually
By far the coolest looking ring you have made this ring has inspired me to get into ring marking
Absolute favorite ring you've made so far!!

That ring is beautiful! This is my new favorite video!
the three in ONE RING to rule them all, gj bro
I'd love to see a series of carbon fiber how-to's for those of us wanting to try our hand at ringmaking!
You have mastered the skill of ring making and taking it to a new level.
Wow that ring is amazing good work there Patrick.
That is SOOO AMAZING!! Holy cow man!! So amazing!!!! KEEP IT UP!!
AWESOME!! I love all of your videos, but I really like the intricate one, keep creating new ideas, show it off
Very cool. Looks like a crazy futuristic race car tire. This is my fave for the process so far, but it’s a little wide for my taste.
It’s so beautiful. Could you please tell me, master, what is the first solvent that corrodes rings, and what is the second solvent?
That ring looks amazing. I especially like the colors and how they clash. Hope to see more of your creative creations.
Another beautiful ring.
Thanks for videoing and sharing.
Jim
Im glad this was in my suggested. Seems amazing but underrated. Needs more likes!
That ring is totally awesome. I want it!
Just started watching your videos ,this ring is sick.
I love it ,mixing textures , colors and materials can end up with a cool, funky ring. I love the rings you make because you have talent. The only problem is that I can't afford them.
What is the clear water-like stuff at the end of the vid when the ring is pretty much finished? Is it polish?
Patrick,
I watch alot of your videos and i love them.
I thought it would be a great idea to make a tilted carbon fiber ring like the super conductor
That thing is just beautiful!
that is fooking amazing love the overall finish and love watching it being made
Oh now dude, now its getting serious! Awesome ring my man! Definitely a muat buy! Adding this to my future things to buy! Keep it up my dude! 👌😁
the textures are really beautiful
Just starting now and I'm sure this will be amazing
The carbo liner looks stunning AF :D To be honest the whole ring is super boss =)
What do you do with the shavings from the different materials you use?, do you have them melted down and recycled to be used again?
Patrick, you need to make a ring with cobalt and jasper!! The orange from the jasper would contrast to the blue cobalt.
What do you do with the carbon fiber cores from the diamond hole saw? You could probably make some beads out of those.
Hey Will, I've just been collecting them for now. I think I'll start making beads from them some day.
I like that ring!!! but that carbon fiber looks awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You make awesome rings keep up the nice, awesome and good work
I thing it looks great, also maybe a ring with obsidian and something else would look nice.
Just wondering are you able to make a ring that has an icey appearance and can glow as a light blue at night for the winter time?
Hey Patrick you make very nice rings. I have one question: where you got the superconductor material. Thanks for your answer😉 Lg Yolostar
This is so awesome I loved it a lot it’s the best ring that you’ve made so far 😍❤️👏🏼!
Is it possible for you to make
Ring of Barahir or perhaps the One Ring.
would just be interesting to see how it works out:)
an amazing job by an amazing youtuber, WE WANT MOAR
have you ever tried making skulls on your rings?
I would definetley love to see something like that and the outcome
This looks so awesome 😮 I would buy this one if I could 😄
What's the name of the song that's in the second half of the video? At 5:15
It's a public domain knockoff of Bulls on Parade by Rage Against the Machine.
Awesome job, these rings are getting crazier and crazier! Ive always wanted a metal lathe for my own projects and im finally ready to buy one but dont know where to start? Do you have yours listed anywhere or can anyone recommend an affordable one that wont break on me?
Have you ever considered a timascus glowstone ring? That'd be really awesome!
That looks freaking awesome
Thats a work of art really. You should be proud man. Been binge wathicng your videos keep it up.
Killer looking ring. Q? Do you use the plugs you cut out for making earring plugs for large gauge earrings?
Pretty cool, just a little too busy for my taste. I'd prefer just the plain old carbon fiber for the liner (no white). Overall it looks great.
It looks really awesome.
can you make the ring from bone?
an interesting concept but i doubt it would work without it taking a ridiculous amount of effort
Been reading King Killer?
@@Botan-VEVO You'd just have to stabilize it before turning it so it doesn't shatter or crack. Bone is very easy to carve once it's dry.
Favorite ring youve done!!
It's very gaudy, but dang does it take so much work. Impressive. Good job.
10:26, did the metal parts get loose?
vengefulenigma that's what the center part is for. To keep them together
I don’t understand what superconductor is but that is a nice ring. What does that run for?
no. he said he made a pressfit. so he fucked up but is able to save it by the core. but with a pressfit no adhesives is neded
Super awesome. Would have been cool to have an analogue insert.
What do you do with the shavings after ur done doing that ring?
Amazing design!
I like the ring but I think it would have looked better if the timascus was between 2 superconductor material that would be on outside and carbon fibre on inside... Thought ring would probably be my favourite of all time.
This is awesome man....i really love it😍
Awesome ring
Dude that is so cool looking
In my last comment I mean, how do you get cylinder like rods to make a ring? from the same company like in this video?
wow that looks amazing nice work
Hey, I've been meaning to ask you where do you buy your channel ring blanks?
Where do you get the superconductor material from?
Very interesting result!
One of my favorite rings yet
Because of you i am becoming a 'ring guy', thank you!
id love to see the super conductor between two layers of dimastic but that looks so cool
I kinda have an Idea, how about a ring that is made of the wood shavings or leaves or flower petals in resin with glow powder and meteorite fragments in it?
man, where buy u the super conductor material? i don't found it anywhere!
I absolutely love this video! The ring and the music included! Speaking of what are the names of the songs that you used? I'm definitely visiting your store today
🤤¡WaaaW!🤤 No words... it's Amazing!
That is such a beautiful ring!
Hey Patrick love ur work and love the hard work you put it thank you
The Carbon almost looks like a tiremark on the inside, kinda cool looking. Could you get that effect on the outside of a pure carbon ring? Might sell well to motorsport enthusiasts.
What do you do with the center holes you cut from the carbonfiber?
Wow nice , a ring made out of tinascus súper conductor and meteorite would be nice
But with thinner layers
Just curious as to why you dont polish them?
You should try to make a wooden ring :) a hard wood works well ive had one and it held up good. The wood is named Ebernholtz or pockenholtz :)
Is it possible for you to make this ring avalible on your website?
It's looking pretty nice :D
I hope you get a shop in Germany. Your works looks verry Good 😁

1m subs here we come im calling it.Good vid nice ring!!!
how do you make/find the metal to make the ring?
Awesome. What's its price.
Ultra awesome, my new favorite
What lathe do you use
