  • Aloo Sabji:
    boiled potato 500gm
    tomato 2
    onion 2
    ginger 1inch
    Green chili 2
    cumin 1tsp
    coriander seed 1/2tsp
    Chopped coriander leaves 1/4cup
    garam masala 1/2tsp
    Salt (as per taste)
    kasuri methi 1tsp
    water (as required)
    mustard oil 3tbsp
    haldi powder 1/2tsp
    For poori:
    wheat flour 2cup
    Salt (a pinch)
    ajwain a pinch
    ghee 1tbsp
    oil(for frying)
