    And yet they keep developing and suggesting they need to build 50,000 more homes in Utah. If they stop developing then we have enough space, enough water and don't need to fine people for enjoying the beautiful outdoors. Utah has n over develope mindset in a area that can't sustain overdevelopment. We are also killing off all the wildlife with all this overdevelopment. It's time to remove developer favors at Utah Capitol hill and return the state to the people.

    A real shame they turned that little parking lot up at the top of Guardsman to a no parking area. They went from renovating it to fit less vehicles to completely prohibiting it altogether. If you want a glimpse at the level of greed this state is capable of if and when they seize federal land back, this is just a taste of it. And who can forget that Guardsman Pass was nearly developed into a resort that would have seriously affected the beauty and accessibility of that area?
