    this is a beginner friendly tutorial on how to make a 2by4 closure which is the smallest kind of closure. A closure is the beauty of a hair and learning how to make your closure yourself as a wig maker and hair seller is always best and won’t go out of fashion. This tutorial is as such for you. it gives you a breakdown of the pattern, technique, direction and basically everything that has to do with the whole closure ventilation process. it shows a pattern that is easy to use and
    understand.
    Things you need to consider when making a closure is
    1. Your net placement
    2. Your knotting
    3. Way the ventilating pin is held
    4. Direction in which the hair is being ventilated

      Masking tape is to make the holes more visible

    When I’m ventilating a full lace wig.. how many strands am I suppose to be using for each hole ?? I’m assuming 1 strand on the hairline but what about the majority of the wig. I always hear 2/4 but what’s like the perfect number

      Yes I did but my knots look very small here because I was using one strand of hair mostly so it wasn’t bulky

      It is a ventilation pattern that is adopted because there is no definite horizontal line on a lace. I will be dropping a video soon to explain this so watch out for that

      I usually want the base to be full coverage so I can use 2-3 strands depending on how thick the hair is and if I am managing the hair

    Please ma when u ventilate the hair line do u skip one holes and ventilated in the next holes or you ventilate on all the holes without skipping any lines at the front hairline

      You can’t really say, it depends on so many factors, the thickness of the strand, how full you want the closure to be, the amount of short hairs in the bundle etc

      No, braided wig closures are made slightly differently as they have partings all round it

    Beautiful work. Wish I could do it. All the videos that I have watched like this one, everyone has the camera on what they're doing. But they're going superfast and calling it a tutorial. It's pulling the hair through without catching the net and getting the hair to stay on the needle. That's my trouble. There's obviously some kind of pivot when pulling the needle through. I can't see what you're doing. You're going too fast. Most frustrating thing I have ever tried to do.
