For those wondering what characters to pick, I tried them all Connie : able to unlock locked door instantly. Beware though, after using her ability which requires concentration, her stamina will remain still for a minute or so. If she's spotted, it's over. Hide in a bush or in a dark corner. If you're daring, keep going. Use this ability wisely. Sunny : able to hear noises of all the players and killers. If hidden in a corner as an example, near a door to unlock but can't say if a killer is nearby, use his ability to be sure not to get caught. Great ability. Stamina don't change. A time of 20/30 second to reload the perk. Julie : her ability allows her to make a sprint for a moment. She has the best stamina longevity of all the players and her stealth is the best, even higher than Connie. These both characters can search objects ect super fast and quitly. Ana : her ability makes of her, a real tank. She can bear multiple hits without losing too much health when her ability is used. Jumping through window, wells, going for the exit gate and out of stamina with a killer behind you? Use her ability. Only on for 5 seconds. Leland : he can simply pushed on the ground with his shoulder the killers. Except leatherface but he can be stunned for few seconds too. He can be a life savior. Great stamina and can lock pick doors quit quickly along with Connie. In this game compared to the other asymmetrical games, you cannot have in a match 3 same characters chosen. If you enter a loby, and someone already has chosen your character, you'll have to pick another one. That's why you should always go with two, three characters at least. If two persons chose your characters, go for the third one. Also, you can leave the loby and try for a new one to pick the character you seek but that's toxic. A lot of players did that in the demo, because you couldn't chose your characters it was random. And yes compared to the demo, characters abilities and perks will be upgradable. Unlocking doors, loosing the killers, stunning them, grandpa, healing yourself or a teammate makes you gain levels at the end of each match. Even if you end up dying at the end. Escaping allow you to double up or gain a large amount of points. As well, characters appearances, but that's secondary. New outfit for each characters, different colors ect.
