The auto invite macro is not working....
When i get attacked my guy steps to the right its hard to position my self in groups because i move when i get attacked. Is there a way to stop this from happening, In a macro or something?
Question about targeting (note played swg when I was 10, just started legends), how do I get abilities to hit the green targeted mobs? I seem to always have to have them blue targeted / have to have my cross hair over them.
I am not quite sure what you mean by "green targeted mobs." Are you referring to being able to attack enemies without having to hover your mouse over them?
@@avt727-1 yes, I've noticed green and blue brackets. Blue appears when moused over, and green after u click. Haven't been able to figure out how to attack something without mousing over them.
@@devinsmith4808 Ah, gotcha. There are two targeting modes. Directional targeting and auto targeting. To swap between the two press "y" on your keyboard. There is a small aim penalty to using auto aim, but I have always found it to be negligible.
I really appreciate you efforts, however it seems that all your vids or for a Commando. No afk Macros for Melee like a dancer lol . Seriously thanks for the videos. Three of us need a Macro for like Jedi etc.. Thanks

If you want to use a melee character to farm you will either need a: ranged ability, pet, droid, or ranged consumable to gain aggro. Once you have aggro, melee abilities will work just fine.

Can you suggest any spots for afk farm? I cannot remember good spots.
I want to farm credtis for the holocrons for my jedi and to gear up my medic.
I only remember how to gear a Jedi = Jedi Robes on shrines => Jedi Master cloack => Jedi Collection cloak but i do not know how to gear a medic or a commando or any other class
I vaguely remember to get jewellery from raids (axkva min, STD, tusken king and so on) and skilltapes (reverse engeneering) but for normal armor or anything else i have no clue at all.
I just got the Katarn armor for my medic but i think it is not enough to be ready for endgame i guess?

edit: i finished legacy with my jedi of course boosted the medic to 90 and leveled an entertainer to 90 to buff myself - so iam not completely new but any advice would help i guess

I'm having a problem with getting the character to use their ranged weapons in AFK. I can use my Jedi to AFK grind, the targeting and abilities macros are working. Even targets out of melee range, she'll target and use saber throw just fine.
But when I try this on a range oriented character, i.e. my Squad Leader, he'll cycle targets just fine but will not use the ranged weapon abilities The only way the ranged weapon uses the tray ability for the weapon is if I manually put the targeting cursor on an NPC.
Are you utilizing the auto target function "y" key? That should make the difference.

Think you could add all the commands in description for commando, i run heavy rocket launcher build, i want acid cannon but none on market but i ATK farm so if ppl come around i message them or accept their invites cause i didnt know AFK one. And that dump one too was wondering how to stop my macros, sometimes they randomly stop. But i wouldn't mind some afk farming credits while im at work...
Icgot my build like yours from your PvE guide.
This is my favorite method of getting afk credits while working. You can usually pull a solid 10mil while working and 8hr shift.
@@avt727-1 i work 10 hour shifts, i want your macros cause i have the identical build. but i cant do the wookies yet, i normally camp the guys outside mos espa where whatto is, 20 min to 30 min is about 100k thats a million a day for me while working.

@@avt727-1 I'm sorry I didn't explain myself correctly, where I'm lost is in heavy weapons I'm putting together a comando, personal y the aspect of the weapons does not matter to me, only the best ones, Thx for the interest.
@@amicastillo6590 No worries! I can do a video breaking down the different element types and their benefits. Personally I have always preferred cold/acid. I like acid/heat if you are running a high dps build and cold if you are looking for something more tank related. As a commando, I recommend that you have at least one primary weapon, and then one heavy weapon of each element type as backup.

I can't get the targeting to work
Whenever a macro does not work as scripted or intended, the problem is usually syntax (the way it was written in your macro)
e.g. (/ui action CycleTargetOutward; -this command won't fire because of the capitol letter 'C' in cycle...spelling/caps/count.)
(Pause .5; -this will send the entire command to open chat, because we forgot the '/' (slash).
The Target Macro works as explained in the video....
