In The Untamed, the ending was so ambiguous you had no idea if they were together or not. Most Chinese BLs they make it seem like it's just a bromance. I enjoyed Winter Begonia, they changed the BL to a BR but you could tell the guys loved each other. Even the wife of one of the guys encouraged the other guy to come to them because she could see the committment. In Decreed By Fate, they hide the BL behind comedy but it's actually a throuple, everyone is bi, they have a woman they are both interested in and she likes them too and the guys like each other. But it's made to seem funny until you read the subtext and realize these three are together. The Sleuth of Ming Dynasty has more than one BL couple. But the main couple at some point end up as a throuple with a woman. Anyway, I prefer Chinese BLs because there's no kissing. And if there's none of that, the writers have to get creative to show these people love each other. Winter Begonia blew my mind with how they wrote that love story. I also get bored when straight couples kiss because the love story doesn't have to be made interesting. But I enjoyed the love story here in My Dearest. I mostly watch politics and philosophy, not really a romance fan, I prefer it in the periphery. So I got a full dose of love here in My Dearest 😄 including the unrequited BL. I tried a Thai BL and quit ... They were all over each other, Three Will Be Free, also a throuple, and the script wasn't that good. I am too old for physical thrills 😁
@@Sikhindu In main stream kdramas gay characters as supporting lead will always suffer but in web series korean BL dramas it's all good ,mostly based on webtoon, novels follow their story line.
So what happened to Eum , was he being kept in prison/ asylum ??? Then how come he visited Gil Chae with white hair when both were drinking while talking about Hyun??? Or how come the new emperor become so big but none of the cast aged !!! But only Eum turned white haired???
