- There's no way for me to say this without it being a surprise to subscribers of the show. But I have decided that it's time for a change and I want to stop hosting Soda Tasting.
This isn't easy for me. I love soda, I love this show and I love the community of people that have gathered around it. I am very grateful for everyone who has supported the show. Thank you. It's been a great experience.

I have to select the sodas and purchase them (1-2 hours). I have to plan the episodes and do the research in advance, regarding brand history, nuritional info, etc. (1-2 hours). Set up equipment to shoot and...

Hey Patrick, I just found out about your channel today. Even though I didn't watch the show before, I still feel a little sad to see this end. I watched a bunch of your videos today and learned about the nutritional facts and taste of many sodas, which is very helpful. I appreciate you keeping the videos on TH-cam for people to watch. Anyways, I'm not going to ask you to necessarily bring it back, but if you ever try a soda or beverage and like it, or ANYTHING else, feel free to make a video on it :) It would make everyone really happy to see a new video and see how you're doing. You know, I'll be brutally honest: I initially found your personality to be a bit dry and your show stilted. I might have said a few comments in the past to this effect.
For this, I truly apologize. You stayed true to what you were trying to do with the channel and you never let naysayers (such as myself) bring you down or change your approach. That is truly admirable in the modern Internet age, and looking back your calm and collect personality is a breath of fresh air in the "look at me!' world that is TH-cam. I apologize again for my initial thoughts, and I truly wish I could adopt the same mindset and outlook on my activities as you did with this one. Congrats, and best of luck to you in whatever avenue you pursue next!

I have a question how is soda so bad for you I drink soda all the time and i never get sick can you exsplain it to me plz
Thank you for the question, Mr. Johnson. Well, soda is bad for you in a way that can catch up with you. For example, if it adds weight to your body, there are all sorts of reasons why that is bad and impacts you in many different ways. It's not so much "I drink soda and get sick," it's "I drank far too much soda over a period of time and now I am less healthy which can cause X." Hope that helps.

Soda Tasting I've never had a seltzer water before but I know they have a lot near me. You should re-open the channel on seltzers
