@@paullevy4656 I’ve been training 2 hours everyday consistently for the past 8 years in the gym, outside ruining, biking, hiking. If you multiple that by the number of days in the year for 8 years the rounded number is 6,500. This is not including the 8 years of martial arts I have under my belt. I am a black belt in taekwondo. In reality I am well over the 10,000 hour mark. I’m just being graceful.
