Coming from a conservative family, Aanal faced a lot of societal challenges in life to reach the position she is at today. She speaks candidly about her journey from being the youngest chef of Gujarat to opening a restaurant in Baroda & being a mother.
Aanal is the Co-Founder of The Secret Kitchen, which is Vadodara’s Baroda's only fine dining restaurant. She has 4 more chains along with a recent chain in Australia too. Aanal has her own retail business of home-cooked line of Indian spices, ready-to-cook mixture & bakery premix as well.

I live on California, and I'm from Baroda. Everytime I go to Baroda I love going to eat at the secret kitchen for the delicious food, especially the dessert(i think it's called the chocolate bomb).
