Thanks, I just got one and wondered what I should do. Now I have a plan...I sold my sport bikes because I was tired of all the distracted drivers on the road. I plan to use it for trail riding/exploring. Going from 80-100 plus horse power to 20 something takes a little getting use to. But for the type of trail riding I like, it's close to all I need. With the mods you did, I think it will be a lot better...

Yes, it would give you more (lower end) torque, it's just simple physics. Altering final drive ratios will always affect torque and power delivery to the rear wheel in chain driven bikes.

One more thing you may want to consider is the Flatland Racing Radiator Guard. At some point you are going to fall over. I have the 2016 model and I basically did the same with the addition of a radiator guard and rear rack. I love my 250. I recently bought the CRF1000L Africa Twin manual shift. Got a great deal on a 2019 leftover. Now I got the best of both worlds.

I'm 6' 235lbs and this is the EXACT kind of thing I have been looking for. I have a 2020 CRF250L Rally I've3 had for a week - 300 miles so far and I love it. I just want to bump up the juice a little. Did you do anything to the airbox? Did you add the new pipe before the EJK - and how did the extra air flow work with the stock factory map? Your bike sounds and looks great!

Thanks for the video man. I'm going to get the 250 rally soon and I'm not sure how similar the engines are but even a slip on exhaust makes it sounds sooo much better then stock. The cameras mic doesn't even come close to what it is in person

I have the same year bike . I have put a rear rack and a rotopax on the back, zeta hand guards and a acerbis plastic skid plate . I like my stealthy stock exhaust. As far as the gearing goes , I find it pretty low already as I am in second gear before I cross an intersection . I cant imagine going any lower and it also messes up your speedo / odometer.

    Hi there!
Did your bolt hook come like that (stock)? The ones under the seat , short and silver hue, and the ones at the rear fender, black and short as well?
I’ve been looking the part (Honda exploded view), for your model year (2019 non ABS), and they ‘should’ be part 90116-KZZ-900 (long neck and silver hue all 4 of them).
Mine is an ‘18 ABS, and I’ve always thought they look weird (stock), have you change yours? Do you have a PN I could use? Or are they aftermarket?
    Thanks!!!

If I got a 42t rear sprocket would it do the same exact thing as the 13t front sprocket? I read several things about gearing up and down but I'm still confused lol and I dont want it to go faster I would like to have it just a little slower in first gear, or not have to have as much RPMs in first gear before it will start to stall. For more technical riding off road in places where I cant see very far in front of me like in tall grass and stuff, idk if my idle speed was set too high from the factory or if that's just the way they are bc of the gearing but it was difficult to go really slow w/o staying on the clutch and brakes. I was about to order the 42t sprocket in hopes that it would help a little but I dont wanna spend $60 on something that will only make it worse, all the reviews on sprockets only mention stuff about making them faster so idk which one to get. I have a 2019 btw less than a month old. Thanks for any info!

Don’t forget to get a “speedo corrector” installed if you change the sprockets or your speed & mileage will be wrong.
