    you motivate me to start working out again!! i used to go to the gym 3 times a week and now i moved country and don’t have a cheap gym near me now so i wanna do more at home workouts! if anyone has any good routines they do for abs/glutes/legs drop em down below to help a gal out ❤️

      yes Blogilates on youtube is AMAZING!!! so easy for at-home workouts since her videos don't require equipment but still work you super super hard! I usually warm up with 1 of her cardio videos and then do 2 or 3 other videos depending on what I want to work on that day! I used to get bored with my workout routine but this way you can do something different every single day since she has so many videos

      check out Emi Wong and Chloe Ting for at home workouts, they're both very motivational and make exercise routines that will challenge you

      Blogilates is THE BEST, she even has monthly workout calendars you can follow. Pamela Rf also has some pretty good videos👌

    Usually when I buy things for a new hobby or what not I usually get motivated for a short time period, but with the workout clothes girrrrrllllllllllll I've been motivated to workout to the next level!!

    Great Video Kris! this helped encourage me to get through the Spring Semester in school and keep doing Dancing outside of school and keep myself busy and productive working out and break out of my shell more

    can you talk about muscle recovery? i try to work out as much you do but some days i go, especially after volleyball practice, and i’m totally dead! like super tired after only 2 sets of squats etc. what do you do to recover so well??

      I'm no expert but personally I stretch before and after a workout and I feel it helps with my muscle recovery after each workout session. Also, make sure you get some protein in your body within 30-60 minutes after working out! Gotta feed those muscles :)

      What has been working for me was to allow 3-5 hrs in between your volleyball and strength training workouts and make sure your consuming 1 meal w moderate carbs and protein eg..(chicken and rice) and 1 snack eg..(banana). If you arent resting and eating enough, the risk of injury becomes higher.

      You can get your teeth whitened at the dentist, it really works, I got mine done in Mexico.
