I like metropolitan mall more than Brentwood. There is more walkable and more shops around metropolitan mall, for example , there is a lot of shops and restaurants in station square , connect to metropolitan mall. Brentwood is only one mall, not that big, road is not as walkable as Metrotown ,
Metropolis 比起其他地方最好既地方係，落雪落雨，只需泊一次車，就買哂t and t , walmart 和 superstore 同埋其他店既野，好似沙田市廣埸咁樣。其他地區暫未見可以做到咁樣
我第一次去metropolis都覺得好似未翻新嘅新城市廣場😂
認同！Metrotown + Metropolis & 周邊嘜都有，超方便。

未重建時巳吹虛會幾勁，但事實Brentwood Mall 得個殼，新當然靚，無嘢好行，food court 食了一件日本雜碎sushi, 兩隻手指仔嘅size，成為$18。見d人空手入，空手出！周邊嘜都冇。浪費時間&gas. 去一次就夠！同Metrotown 無得比！
Richmond 華人嘢食，係多好多嘅！不過由Bentwood去Richmond 都比較遠， 揸車去都約35分鐘。
Bentwood mall 啲 condo價都跌咗唔少，特別係啲一，兩房condo ，可以大大力咁劈價，執平貨！
1房500呎左右都要6/70萬，周邊嘜都冇，唔值囉！買Metrotown 好過！超方便！
有空我也去逛逛看看，没有去过🤣
