    sir coulomb's law are defined for points charge only but in your definition point charge is not mentioned.

    In 31:36 secs, second force is acting towards the direction of first charge, so we should have taken r12 as direction but why did you take r21?

      According to my knowledge r12 means that we are observing point 1 with respect point 2 and r21means that we are observing point 2 with respect to point 1.

    Why's it said that the Coulomb's Law is applicable for the point charged?If the charges are not point ones then the distance between them would be taken from their centres.
