how do i use guitar plugins on studio one? having trouble i am new to using DAWs

There is a little + symbol on each track in the console. That will bring a drop down of all your plugins.

Usually when you download a plugin there is an instruction sheet in the folder somewhere telling you how to add to a daw. Usually they have you put one of the files into a windows C program folder.
