Hi Sir, Great content. Was there myself in 2018. I'm planing to buy hyryder awd. As you have already driven this car in hilly areas with full load. How tractable the car is while driving uphill, did you feel any power issue while overtaking. I'n short how would you describe its power/performance. Lastly are you happy with this package as many feel it to be underpowered. You feedback would really help. 🙏
I do not find the car underpowered even when climbing uphill. Most turbo petrol and diesel cars in the market have a rush of power post 2500 rpm which gives the driver a sense of thrill. That is not present in NA engines including this one. I had a diesel Duster before this one and that definitely was more fun to drive in that sense. However, for all practical purposes including overtakes on highway and uphill climbs, this engine will not disappoint you. Go ahead. It's a great choice!
Absolutely amazing travelogue I just loved it But just to correct you When you reached gramphu, you mentioned to cross pir panjal range through Tunnel , but that is not pir panjal range
Thanks a lot for your appreciation :). Glad you liked it. As per many sources, Rohtang Pass lies on the eastern Pir Panjal range connecting the Kullu Valley with the Lahaul Valley. So, the Atal tunnel crosses this very range only. However, it would be great if you could provide a source suggesting that it is not Pir Panjal. I will insert a correction note in the description.
Have few questions Why Manual after ignis amt.. Is AMT reliable as Manual How much mileage difference from Manual I am totally confused between manual and amt for baleno.. Everywhere traffic is too much even in small cities
AMT is as reliable as a manual. There is no significant difference in mileage. Hyryder gets an AT and that is close to Rs 2L more than the manual version. In Ignis' case, the price difference between manual and AMT was not so much and that was the primary reason we did not opt for automatic in Hyryder. If you can afford, automatic (be it AMT, CVT or AT) is better anyday.
Dangerously beautiful
Indeed. Himachal has so much to offer.
Nice
Thanks for your appreciation 🙂
Road is very dangerous …mujhe to dekh kar hi dar lag raha hai
Yes, the roads on this section are not in a good shape.

Thanks a lot for your continuous support 🙂

The build quality is good and i feel the engine output to be more than adequate. Go ahead, its a great choice!

How is the car as compared to Duster?
The ride and handling are great and at par with Dister. Rear seat comfort is better than Duster. There is a compromise on boot space though.
4x2 car leke jana safe h ? Aur yeah route open kya
Yes, 4x2 car can do this stretch. In winters the route is closed.
Road looks very dangerous 😮
Yes, you have to be careful while driving on this stretch.

How has the Hyryder been Can you do a long term review
And can we take our 2wd car to such places?
Yes, a 2wd does fine on this route. However, ground clearance does help which Hyryder has ample. The overall review is pretty good too.
