The type of questions asked by the media leads me to believe that they were Not 100% convinced that Oswald was the actual killer.

Very poor way of dealing with Justice. Everyone innocent until proven guilty.Looks like one step away from vigilantes. All evidence being broadcast before a trial. How could anyone expect a fair trial after that performance.

It's amazing the amount of info they had on Oswald within a matter of hours. Even today, with our technology, it would take days. Back then, no chance. It's like they had it all to hand.

Fritz and Curry were overwhelmed by the media. With hindsight, Oswald should have been removed from the Dallas city jail immediately and taken to the county jail where senior police officers and detectives could question Oswald without being mobbed by journalists.

Oswald was not on the 6th floor period, co-workers like Carolyn Arnold & others saw him in the break room from 12:10 to 12:25 pm. And he was outside of the bldg as the motorcade turned on Elm. Vice President Ochus V. Campbell & Inspector Roy Truly were outside watching
    the parade.
After the shooting they quickly returned inside on the ground floor & saw Oswald in the storage room. Less than 90 seconds Officer Marrion Baker went into the TSBD & saw Oswald in the domino room on the first floor. Ochus V. Campbell was there during the encounter.
The WC moved it to the 2nd floor to look more plausible Oswald could've made it down ahead of Baker. Even the 2nd floor is a reach & farfetched, for him to cover his tracks & hide the gun & maneuver around stacks of boxes work
his way to the stairs & run down 4 floors unseen by others ahead of Baker calm & relaxed. Sorry I don't buy it & believe anything the WC says.
More than dozens of witnesses saw 2 men on the 6th floor & neither fit Oswald's description. Many heard 4 shots & saw a black or dark complexion man & one white man. None of these witnesses were called by the WC. Also co-worker Bonnie Ray Williams was eating his lunch in the snipers den from noon to 12:20 pm so lots of discrepancies.
Oswald got into a '59 Nash Rambler station wagon after the JFK shooting seen & confirmed by Deputy Sheriff Rodger Craig, later when Oswald was arrested Rodger Craig recognized Oswald in Captain Fritz' office as the same man he saw get into the Rambler. 7 other witnesses saw Oswald get into the Rambler.
There was no bus & cab ride to his rooming house it never happened.& fabricated by the WC.The gun found in the TSBD by Sheriff Deputy
Eugene Boone along with Rodger Craig was a 7.65 German Mauser confirmed & identified by Deputy Constable Seymour Weitzman a gun expert who ran a sporting goods store with a vast knowledge of firearms.
The consensus was Fritz & Jesse Curry all agreed it was a Mauser & Rodger Craig says he never saw the gun again & Weitzman signed a sworn affidavit. Then the rifle vanished & then magically morphs into a
Mannlicher Carcano.....which was never explained & suspicious.
Somethings fishy. Also there were no fingerprints on the gun.
After the shooting Jack Ruby gave Oswald a broken 38 pistol revolver outside the TSBD...seen by an employee at the Dal Tex bldg. Ruby & Oswald knew each other since childhood. Oswald was never at 10th & Patton & went to the Texas Theater at 1:07 pm stated by Butch Burroughs.....same time Tippit was shot with a 38 automatic. The shells found at the crime scene were from a 38 auto. The 2 guns do not use the same type of bullets & besides Oswald had a broken revolver.
Aquila Clemons saw the Tippit shooting & saw 2 men one short & chunky & heavy & one was tall. Neither fit Oswald's profile. She was also unknown by the WC. Then she was warned by officials to wear a mouthpiece....or else.
Car salesman Warren Reynolds also saw the Tippit slaying & ran after the gunman & lost him & failed to ID him. He's visited by FBI & secret service agents on Jan, 21, '64. 2 days later he's shot in the head & survives & after recovering he tells the WC the gunman was Oswald.......after he's nearly killed.
Helen Markham said the shooter was short...Oswald wasn't short. She says the shooter walked up to her point blank & she covered her face.
And slowly pulled her hands away & the shooter ran off. So she never got
a good look at his face.
At 1:30 pm a 2nd Oswald with a shotgun entered the Texas theater sent by Jack Ruby to kill Oswald & failed. As Oswald remained in his seat & did not exit the back of the theater. Oswald knew by his defective gun he'd be killed at 10th & Patton so he stood the shooters up.
The Oswald "lookalike" was Larry Crafard Jack Ruby's secretary.
Jack Ruby told Oswald to meet Tippit at "Top Ten Records" at 1:00 pm, Tippit was to drive Oswald to Redbird airfield where Charles Fredric Rodgers was to fly Oswald in his CIA single engine plane to Houston. Where David Ferrie was to fly Oswald in his twin engine plane to the gulf of Mexico.
Oswald was told & led to believe this, only the CIA's real plan was to kill Tippit & Oswald & he was on to it & stood Tippit up. Explaining why Tippit was acting strange & freaking out & went into the records store to use the phone & failed to connect with his contact. Then he drove off in his patrol car & got out to look inside the car behind him to see if it was Oswald.
Oswald went to plan B to the movie theater to meet an FBI agent that did a no show. And the rest you know. Tippit's body was used for a body swap
as JFK's head was gone & blown out. Tippit's corpse was to act in place to show head wounds in the back to look like he was shot by a lone gunman. The Tippit slaying was no random act as he resembles JFK.
The exploding head shot was fired point blank by the secret service
driver Bill Greer. The shot obviously came from the front. The Z film clearly shows it. Malcolm Wallace was the TSBD shooter LBJ's hitman, he was seen entering & exiting the bldg & on the 6th floor by Richard Randolph Carr. Wallace's fingerprints were later found there in 1998.
Charles Nicolette was the Dal-Tex shooter & Charles V. Harrelson
( actor Woody Harrelson's dad ) twice claimed to kill JFK & the grassy knoll
shooter dressed like a policeman. But according to Michael Brownlow he only
fired the first shot hitting JFK's throat.
It's my conclusion & belief that the 3 shooters were creating a diversion to distract everyone to draw attention away from the driver Bill Greer who clearly
fired the kill shot. Please don't take my word & see for yourself
study the Z film & watch the driver. Sorry but it is what it is.

Excellent overview, the only thing missing really is that the Patsy went to the Texas Theatre to meet a contact, supposedly, he thought - but it was a trap - a young man very close to Ruby raised the alarm that someone had snuck into the theatre without buying a ticket - the Patsy did buy a ticket, the one who didn't was the most likely Lee Harvey Oswald who went up to sit in the balcony. While he was 'arrested' and escorted out of the rear into the alleyway - the Patsy was apprehended in the lower stalls area and brought out the front, a plain clothes officer ordering "cover his face".

Some of what you say may be true. I personally have never been close enough to the assassination, or the investigative side of any of the events that followed.
As far as the Secret Service driver being a part of a conspiracy, I can't accept that. The Presidents body reactions following the head shot doesn't concur with this theory. The driver would have had to being leaned over to a spot well past the passenger side to get that fatal shot off. Plus there was also another Secret Service Agent occupying the passenger seat.
Some of you would have us believe that the murder of our President, stretches almost to the point of EVERYONE including all of the Secret Service detail were in on the shooting that day.
It is hard for many Americans to accept that someone as significant & important as the President of the USA, being murdered by someone as insignificant and unimportant as Lee Harvey Oswald.
Many just can't come to grips with that.
I was 12 years old on the day of the shooting, and have followed the events that followed the assassination just like many of you others out there, and although it is hard for me to accept every detail that the Warren Commision released, I will be 71 on my next birthday, and after all these years, I just can't pin the blame on a lone assassin, or a conspiracy of more than one shooter. I'm sure there are millions of others just like myself, in their feelings, and beliefs.

@@janetphillips2875 The grassy knoll & railroad bridge witnesses all heard 4 shots one on top & saw smoke from the trees of the grassy knoll. All theses witnesses were ignored by the WC including dozens more hearing shots seeing 2 men on the 6th floor & they were ignored by the WC. Ed Hoffman & Lee Bowers had a clear view of the picket fence & saw the grassy knoll shooter.
And the Mary Moorman photo showing what looks like 2 shooters behind the fence.
Many witnesses saw the limo slow down & stop just long enough for Clint Hill to hop off the Cadillac & hop on the Lincoln. The brake lights are on & Greer turns around twice, the Z film was tampered with to look like it never stopped & the flash of light seen by Lee Bowers was edited out.
I was told it was an explosive device placed in the back seat where JFK sat with Greer activating a detonation device by pushing a button on the floor or dashboard, He didn't use a gun.
If the kill shot came from the grassy knoll or TSBD the limo would've never slowed down & stopped.
There's so much more to the story than what the WC said. Even Lynden B. Johnson later had doubts about the warren report & believed a conspiracy was involved & he created the WC.
I believe John Armstrong's claims of 2 Lee Harvey Oswald's. It makes the most sense & explains a lot of things

On Stone's movie- Garrison talks about a black male eating his chicken lunch. He's deeper than just a worker in a book warehouse.
The people on the street saw a dark male, pacing back and forth on the same floor, but the other front side. They got out from the back &/or fire escape- which I haven't seen on the front of the building.
