Thank you for your awesome idea. I’m making 70 of these for a local seniors home to go on their tables for Christmas dinner, I’m putting small Peppermint Patties in them. I’m excited, even my husband is helping with them. 💕🎄
Adore these treat holders and still relevant after your post from five years ago. Excellent instructions. Going to gift them to co workers. I’m using a 6”x6” Christmas pad. Once paper is trimmed to 4x6”, I have a 2”x6” strip remaining which I punch on one end (same punch used to make treat holder, and I now have bookmarks to gift with the treats. I have no waste! Thanks again.
I love it! 💕. Thank you for sharing. :)
Oh so cute! That bling really didn't want to stick, so funny! I'm loving your videos, thank you!
So very cute!
Thank you, Lynn! This is one of my favorite treat holders ever!
What a wonderful demonstration of forming the bottom of the container. It could be a little confusing, but you cleared up any questions I had!! Good job!!
orkladr Thank you!
I have so many ideas for this Julie, Thank you so much for sharing your talent.
Dainty and so classy! Love it!
Hi. Excellent tutorial, very well explained. Even if I would like to know where I get an equal hole punch ... if you pass me the data please
So so cute
Love the Vera Bradley ribbon pull explanation- thank you!
Thank you, Cindi! I love the Vera Bradley ribbon pulls for projects!
Love your tip with the ribbon!
Thank you, Darlene!
This is a very cute project. This was a nice tutorial. Thank you for sharing your project. You've got to get a jewel picker. They are great for picking up little pieces like the rhinestone to add to your project. Very inexpensive, too.
Thank you so much, Bunny! I will look into one of those!
I actually made 8 of these last night. Once again, thank you for sharing.
love the tip to use the paper piercer to give dimension to the flower.

Ohhh just got a great idea for this bag!
Holly McGee Ooh! Please share what you create! You can find my email address on my blog 😊
Awwwww, that was sooo cute ,love that baby flower aand that bling , made me laugh ♥️♥️♥️Tfs
What tip do you have when scoring the DSP to keep it from tearing? My guess is to just "lighten" up on the pressure?
Hi Helen! Yes, lighten up the pressure - and if the score line is too light, you can just go over it again to deepen it. Also, you may have better success with DSP if you use the larger tip of the stylus on the Simply Scored.
Could use that for a tea bag as well, right?
Holly McGee Yes, I think so!
love it
Thank you, Debi!
Oh yes I’m a Vara girl , wooohoooo♥️
Thank you, Frenchie! Me too!
One more question! Is the Simply Score tool more effective when scoring DSP as opposed to the scoring option on out cutting tool? If so ill switch tools!!! AND thank u for replying to what may be a basic (stupid) question!!!
Not a stupid question at all! Lots of people have difficulty scoring the DSP without tearing it, since it handles differently than cardstock. I prefer the Simply Scored over the Stampin' Trimmer for scoring, but it's more a matter of preference than effectiveness. The Stampin' Trimmer works great for scoring!
Using the larger tip of the stylus on the Simply Scored made the difference. Thank you! I am also impressed that you answer everyone's replies/questions! Good business lady! and so very creative!
Great to hear! Thank you so much, Helen! ❤️
Will do! My aunt TOLD me she better get a handmade card for her birthday! I'm going to use your candy thing instead putting special tea bags from China in it instead and putting on front of the card.
Holly McGee Love that idea!!
Where do you find the punch?
Holly McGee There's a link to where you can buy the punch in the description! It's a Stampin' Up! punch!
i love box cute
Thank you so much!
So cute.
Thank you, Kimberly!
