    Will AI replace bookkeepers?

AI will likely take over many of the mundane activities that many bookkeepers do, which is why it is more vital now more than ever that bookkeepers understand the WHY and HOW behind what they are doing. The value that bookkeepers and accountants provide is advising the client of how to best use accounting software and interpret financial results. If anyone is interested in being trained on how to be more than just a bookkeeper that processes transactions, please reach out to me.

Hi, I like your videos. I just need your opinion, please correct me if I'm wrong coz English is my second language, it's hard for me to understand but base on the third problem about the rent revenue.
Is it the same as I do this way?...
    Unearned Rent Revenue

    3,000 | 4,000
    13,000 | 13,000

The math still works, but without a little more explanation, I'm struggling to see why we would do it this way. :)
