I don't know if it's because she felt perpetually under fire as mayor making her defensive and not forgetting she was in a tumultuous relationship for the vast majority of her mayoralship that many around at that time said, it took up all of her time and made her exceptionally distracted trying to appease her partner and constantly trying to avert another embarrassing story on their antics together after too much champagne at one of many mayoral engagements. Compared to now where she appears rested, non adversarial, effective in the capacity of which she's been appointed for Dalton trustees and basically, appreciated, which goes a long way in making you want to do the best job you can.
But remember Tiffany recently stated she "gradjated KUMO MO LAWDY. "

She has done unbelievable damage to the Village and the Township,her corruption,recklessness and incompetence has left the municipalities she’s representing in a very near untenable state financially,what’s amazing is how she was able to get her way for so long without being indicted by the county prosecutor or the state attorney general, she apparently felt that she needn’t worry about any investigation from those quarters and probably believed she had support (even if nominal) from the Governor’s office,be that as it may, the very audacity of Henyard and her (alleged) co-conspirators is astounding to say the least.Meanwhile the residents and Trustees are doing their best to perform their due diligence to restore some semblance of order and integrity to the process of governance,it’ll take time,patience and some belt tightening to get back on track,also what’s needs to be done is a way for those who benefited because of (alleged)malfeasance pay restitution to the taxpayers either through confiscation of property,vehicles,household items,appliances, as well as pay for home improvements, or financial reimbursement,with the possibility of freezing and seizing all financial assets and bank accounts,these actions could help mitigate the impact of the current financial crisis.All in all the ouster of the Henyard administration wil be a major step towards recovery and a new direction for the Village and the Township.
