Chan Rothana really needs to stop spamming spinning kicks right out the gate, because he constantly misses and isn't even at the right range to do so, and it takes so much energy to do so.

Kun Khmer is only a stand-up style. Rothana brings the wrong style to the mixed martial arts. He should get some training in Bokator where it is a complete fighting system with stand-up, ground, joint locking, and more. He appears weak on the ground and joint-locking. Kung Fu is a complete style.
He has combined everything together which I find necessary to fight his opponent.

Foot Stomping is very annoying. It works but as a fan of MMA, there isn't much art in it. Xie Wei has his hand on Rothana's face - that should have gotten a warning - That is Kung Fu style, scratch, poke, bite, etc, not in here though. They even have fingers inside your lips, a Kung Fu style. Behind those, Xie Wei is a complete fighter.

Exactly! He didn't even throw him or flip him or wrestle him. When I become a professional fighter, I will use all of my kung fu as it should be used
because the forms are mostly not practical but for training ( hence the low stances ) and the techniques for fightig are kinda similar to other fighting styles (e.g. look at sanda) most of the time but more abstract in the forms
Not like he is using Kun Khmer anyway. No matter how much they want to deny it is still Muay Thai.
@@franzwonka2580 the forms are practical, those low stances and shifting of weight are meant for wrestling. That's what most Kung-Fu is, that's why I was so upset to see Xie Wei not use his wrestling against his opponent.

Yes, he had studied Muaythai from Thailand like all of their best fighters that had to studied Muaytgai from here because no even good master at Cambodian at the old time, even nowadays I'm not sure they have a good master over there yet or not because all of their master over there still had to trained here from Thailand too.
And yes, when all of them go back to Cambodia they just change the name to Kunkhmer with no shame.
That's why all of their best fighters have to trained and fight here in Thailand and I'm really glad that most of them have to go back to their countries this year 2023, many of them cried and do not want to go back home to Cambodia because they do not have job and it's all because of the problems on Internet between Cambodian and Thai and now most Thai people agree to send them all back also the labour from this country too. I just saw the news the new Thai government will try to send all of illegal Cambodian labour back to their countries and now there more than 2 millions Cambodian labour that came to Thailand illegal. And yes they have a lot of problems while they lived here like beggars, thieves, homeless. Etc,.
