Ate Rich, ayaw'g kahadlok ug invest ug house, everything is a risk jud even before you got to NZ. Besides naa si Kuya Dan who is an expert on that field. Also, for me lang as part of the construction industry charot, the apartment would surely cost you more because it's new however since you said commercial ang ubos, for sure naa jud muabang ana it would really help you jud aside from Micelle paying her rent. hahaha. but naa kulang, ang carport. On the other hand, I assumed the other house is not as new as the apartment. It's okay na dli new jud as long as the owner have maintained it very well. Looking forward to which house you'll choose!!!! 🤗🤗🤗🤗

Ako yung super scared, kasi idk if we can do it and be able to pay for it, or did we even find the right house for us, etc, etc. But, trust the process, ibibigay sa'yo ni God ang para talaga sa'yo. We are in the process of buying a house. Pero we stopped. The prices of the house here in the US is crazy. And it's bidding wars. Our realtor advised us to wait it out. Most of the houses is not worth the price the seller is asking. It's hard. Really hard and so much stress. Hopefully in time. Let's both cross our fingers jehehe!
