- How to stay young is probably one of the most searched topics. Understandably so, as being young is considered an advantage by the society. But youth lasts for only so long. We turn 35 and then we turn 40 and 45... Is it that bad? Is getting older a decline? Or does it mean we have lived that much more?
I hadn't been thinking much of staying young or turning 40 until I saw visible signs of aging. Of course, I want to stay as healthy as possible. But can acceptance and self-love teach us something about getting older? This video covers 4 life lessons on getting older.

I suffer from various mental illness because if childhood trauma. So age and death have always been on my mind. It saddens me deeply to think about how we will all die and the deterioration that happens. But than i think its a waste of time to dread the inevitable. It still saddens me

Im having an existential crisis . im in constant existential dread. Im so happy that at night all i think about is how me and all my love ones are inching closer to death. It saddens me and terrifies me to think about us not existing and turning to nothing. Fear of what other people would think kept me from doing a lot of things before & now I'm finding the ability to act without worrying as much about it. Great video. You are gorgeous btw! You look great and have a beautiful glow to you. I'm turning 41 in October, and I(like you ) look younger than my age. I'm happy with it but really wouldn't care if I didn't. The way I see it, I think about my 20's and how much better it could have been had I had the knowledge I have now. There are a million things I can think of that I would do different. That being said, I always think about being 60 and the million things that I would have changed about myself at 40, and I try to apply some of that to my everyday life. Idk how much sense that makes lol but give me a break I'm 40 lol. All in all I believe in just going with the flow and enjoying every second that I have here on this earth. It's true that we never know what's just around the corner, but every BIG thing that has ever happened in my life is now a little thing and there are so many times when I thought the worst of my situations. But everything somehow always works itself out. So before I rest in peace, I'm gonna be thankful for all the blessings I have in my life and live in peace. Lots of love ❤

I have been trying to consider how grateful I am to be here at this age, to have learned so much, seen so much. Besides, age is not something that keeps us from trying new things or new goals, or at least it should not 🙂.
I guess, my only thought would be to enjoy this beautiful moment because it’s not coming back just as our 30s or 20s will not.
