2023 New Year's Balloons Painted Rock | Step-by-Step Tutorial

Happy New Year! Since the next video I post will be in 2023, I wanted to bring you all a design for the holiday so you can prep your holiday themed rocks! It features some balloons with the new year date and streamers behind them. This design is Pinterest inspired. Enjoy!

Supplies List:
Various colors of matte Apple Barrel acrylic paint (which you can find at nearly any store that sells crafting supplies)
Nail art dotting tools
Acrylic paint pens (black and red Uni-Posca 1-1.7mm bullet shaped pen, red wine Uni-Posca 0.7mm bullet shaped pen, and metallic red Uni-Posca 0.7mm pin type pen purchased online and in craft stores)
