I know they say 12th house or Pisces people shouldn’t have a victim mentality but with this placement I read we can be victims of gossip and slander. Then again because it’s hidden we might not even be aware of it which explains why we wouldn’t feel that way but maybe at an intuitive level we know. I haven’t personally experienced this at least not to my knowledge. I’m sure people have talked about me behind my back lol I’m not that naive but considering I have this placement I don’t think it’s happened more than usual. It’s also interesting that you mentioned parenting because sometimes these placements can actually predict how our parents will act towards us-I have Mercury and Mars in the 12th also and I know they say that it means our parents didn’t encourage us to speak up or express our anger. I also learned as I got older it was better for me to just walk away before I exploded into a rage of anger or I got into an argument. When it comes to Mercury, I also prefer to write and find my words can flow more easily that way. When I go to speak, sometimes I won’t know what to say and I just kinda freeze. My mind is always racing too and I have a very active imagination. You were right when you said the difficulty is expressing these ideas or putting them to practical use.
I thank you so much for all of your 12th house videos, and ur channel in general! I love learning from someone who has so many of the same placements as me. I also am a Virgo sun & rising. With the sun Jupiter mercury and Venus in the 12th 😫
You're welcome! I hope to do more as more random 12th house experiences pop into my mind. It's interesting to feel so different or misunderstood with certain experiences, yet find people who have had similar experiences as 12th housers. Oh, yes, those planets all have to do with expression to some degree and then being in the 12th house....There is potential there though because those can be positively activated, especially Jupiter since it was the "traditional ruler" of the 12th house The first step to conquering the 12th house is awareness lol
Hi 💓 I feel so blessed after finding your videos. I have mercury, venus, lilith and mars in aries in the 12th house. I also have my chiron in gemini in the 12th house and north node in taurus in the 12th house. 😅
Thanks Amethyst my placement is similar. I feel your frustrations. We need to learn to tackle and learn. THANK you so much. I can be strong in the clouds. Please continue doing this what you are doin.
Thank you! :) No problem. Yes, it makes sense when our heads are in the clouds because we literally can visualize and sense what is not literally there (either because it's our imagination or we can sense it on a spiritual/psychic level). It's literally like being in two worlds sometimes and we have to choose what we are willing to bring into consciousness.
Oh wow you have 12th house Sun and Mercury like me. (Mars too in Sidereal. Mars Scorpio 11th in Tropical.) My 12th house is in Sagittarius. Double the travel, both external as pilgrimages and retreats, or internal as meditation and contemplation. I expand spiritually through my 'travels'. I'm also great at psychology and mysticism and am learning and teaching Astrology, Palmistry and various other occult and spiritual modalities in my community at the moment. It seems like the planet of communication will still find ways to communicate in the end! It also probably helps that I have a mutual reception between my Mercury in Sagittarius (conjunct Sun) in the 12th, and my Jupiter in Virgo (conjunct Moon) in the 9th. Talk about wanting to look at the big picture, and needing to know minute details all at the same time! I thank you for your point in that we do things in our own time, and that when we actually DO things and put things out there, we actually do things on our own terms and with 'perfection', love, and pride. Because we took the time and space to nurture them. (Could be our strong Virgo traits manifesting. Also on your point on Earth Signs, as I am a Capricorn Ascendant.)
I like that you reminded us about the the fact that the 12th house can be about spiritual "travel". With Sagittarius, there is sure to be a lot of travel and I'm sure some of you with Sag there can be good at things like astral projection etc. Since Sag is linked to the teacher I'm not surprised you have success with teaching spiritual practices. My Sag Moon is in 4th and possibly because it trines my Mercury & Mars in 12th, I travel way more inside of my own inner thoughts and imgagination than I do in reality if that makes sense. And yes, we can perfect what we work on. It took me a while to realize that I won't move as fast with creative or spiritual projects as I do with the tasks I have to do at work and that's okay. Earth Signs with Fire in 12th are capable but we get so caught up with our responsibilities and need to see things in the physical that we can lose out when we don't tap into that!
Thank you for these videos and making it so clear! I have Sun, Moon, Mercury and Venus in my 12th house in Aries, and struggled with expressing my feelings, sharing my creativity, and daydreaming about that “ideal” love 🤦🏻♀️ And yep that bold assertive Aries will come out, not off the bat, but dec if someone continually offends me
You're welcome! I'm glad you like the style. Ohh wow...yes, that Aries stellium doesn't want to be contained for too long but it definitely helps soften the Aries nature a bit. Fire functions well sometimes in 12th if we just learn how to navigate it, and continue to use it productively in some way.
@@AmethystVirgo o wow. So I’m not too crazy lol. Do you offer natal chart readings? I feel like you would be able to break down my chart in a way I could easily understand.
Mercury in 12th house in Leo here :)! Don`t like this placement of mine at all, but I`d like to add a thing - WE CAN KEEP A SECRET! I find it difficult to be Leo Mercury and a 12th house person. My Mercury really suffers in this constellation...
Sun Aries, Mercury Pisces & Rx Venus Aries 12H woman sub here. Very misunderstood & negatively labelled & stereotyped by males & females. Small friend circle & strive to keep it bc it took so effing long to find people who trusted me as well as who i could trust. Taurus rising
Thanks for the comment! I wonder if the Venus RX has an impact there. I also think it's hard sometimes because people assume a lot about Aries based on what they think they can handle a lot of outward hostility and judgement but a 12th house person especially with Mercury in Pisces is more perceptive and sensitive than they think. Glad to hear you have found people who you trust. You being a Taurus Rising checks out! Only people who value you can get into your circle.
Gemini 12th house cusp, Virgo 3rd house cusp & Mercury in the 7th house conjunct 8th house cusp.. this definitely resonated with me. Also, 12th house Chart Ruler, Moon in Cancer.
I’m Sun in Leo person but my Virgo Mercury is in 12th house and Mars in Scorpio 🤣. I always do shadow works and I always hide what I am doing to everyone.
I would say more like it's easy to lose track of thought or sometimes struggle with getting to the point. You can get lost in thought but the 12th house is active on a spiritual plane so it doesn't mean complete lack of ideas or thoughts. For some people, it's a constant stream of ideas that sometimes make it hard to focus because to the 12th house more than one thing can be true at the same time. Mercury has to perform it's function no matter what house it's in. But Mercury is about facts/analysis so having to function in the house associated with the imagination or creative sections of the mind can sometimes make it hard for what really needs to be said come to the surface in the way the person wants. That's why Mercury in 12th house people are usually better at not rushing to communicate and to get their thoughts together first.
Ah I love this videos and your channel! I have a friend who has sun, mercury and venus in the 12th house in taurus! She doesnt identify with the sign at all and I think it actually is a sign that most people can relate to :D I kinda see the taurus in her but she is not at all materialistic or into food, beauty or other comfy stuff, you know the stereotypical taurus things.
She is an artist and extremly hard working. Whenever we are talking I feel like she can't open up or doenst want to talk but I know that she loves writing and journaling so idk, she probably does have a lot of thoughts, ideas, opinions etc but doenst know how to express them in one on one conversations. I also don't know if this is a 12th house thing but she moved away after high school and instantly was a lot more comftorable, changed her looks, got a lot more open about her lgbt identity, goes out very often and meets new people, just does a lot of stuff and back home she always was a homebody and pretty closed off.
Thank you for your support!! What sign is your friend's Mercury in? Is it Gemini? A 12th house Mercury can definitely influence someone to be into writing as a means of creativity, whereas a Mercury in 3rd may want their writing to be more out in the open or shared with others. If she doesn't express opinions out in the open, yes, it can mean she feels restricted from saying what she really thinks. Mercury in 12th and Mercury in Pisces can struggle sometimes to connect through communication in the literal sense or their communication can seem hard to read at times. That Venus there can also cause someone to yearn a lot for interpersonal relationships and love, but fear no one else will understand them. As far as moving away, sometimes the Moon house and sign can indicate how and why. If her identity has seemed to change as opposed to maybe a new environment allowing her to feel more free. It also can be that Sun in Taurus in 12th feels trapped in the image she created. She could feel like her identity was too cemented or established and she had to start all over to be who she truly is. 12th house can also be home to escapism.
@@AmethystVirgo Thank you ❤ Her moon is in libra in the 5th house. 12th house placements are really interesting! There is something to that 12th house Venus. They’re often accepting and have this concept of universal love. However, I’ve noticed in the lives of those with 12th house Venus there is often an aversion to structured relationships or monogamous relationships. It’s interesting because Venus in Pisces is exalted and a Venus 12th house you would think gives somewhat of the same energy. However, I also think because 12th house has Neptune energy there can be struggled with 12th house Venus folks dealing with the realities of relationships. They draw partners to them because they appear approachable and make others feel like they’re in a dream or the only ones in the world but this placement doesn’t particularly like the ins and outs and real life struggles of relationships. The minute it’s not a dream anymore, some of them run. This isn’t to say all people with this placement can’t commit but it often takes some reflection and for the person to open up and allow themselves to experience the ups and downs of relationships.

Fire signs especially can’t be or shouldn’t be contained just because it’s in 12th. Leo has a need to shine so it can be hard for us in the 12th where we are more elusive and you may not be as overt as others who have it in 1st but the energy still can be used. I don’t believe we should let charts stop us from something we are passionate about or good at. I think being realistic is important and 12th house can create barriers or keep us stuck in inaction/dreams/wishes. However, I believe those are self imposed barriers. Because the 12th house is Neptune energy it is often hard for us to make our dreams reality. You have to start by believing in it yourself. I have heard of plenty of famous people who have 12th house placements. Someone with 12th house Leo who wants to act could probably do well starting out small with those who also need help getting themselves out there. Since the 12th house is about compassion you’d probably see a 12th house actress or performer be able to emotionally impact others who see their work. The biggest issue with Mercury in 12th is finding your voice and not letting it be drowned out.

Some people get saved from performing badly in school they have 3rd house placements, or Earth placements bringing them down to earth.
I’ve always been interested in how Libra functions in the 12th because it seeks to relate but the 12th can be more obscure and hidden. Would you say Libra in 12th presents more of a longing for connection that is harder to develop than other houses? Or just you prefer more personal relationships over the Libras who sometimes have lots of associates and friends but some of the relationships are surface level?
Libra sun and mercury in the twelfth house and I’d say it’s both. When I was younger I had tons of associates and friends at surface level and now as an adult I am longing for a personal connection that’s quite hard to develop. (Often it developed on their side in the sense where they are happy/feel their needs are met, because I always make it a point to meet people’s needs, but I feel I am never having my needs met. It also could be because of my inability to advocate for myself. Both platonic and romantic.)
I know they say 12th house or Pisces people shouldn’t have a victim mentality but with this placement I read we can be victims of gossip and slander.
