The mad max one is interesting; I've played the game several times and never found that. But! The Big nothing is a weird place, as once when I was driving around on the edges of it I found a tunnel in the dunes that I was even able to drive into. It went for a ways, full of metal supports and stuff that made it look like it was made to have bandits and stuff in it, but nothing was there. It eventually just ended, in a fall into the void under the map. I need to find it again sometime, as I only saw it years back.

I have had my fair share of easter egg hunting, but I couldn't figure out how to get into the big nothing (never thought to look it up) where I knew there would be easter eggs, and I never knew there was a shark fin I Just Cause and that Mad Max happens in the same area

In Superliminal if you put a soda can in the corner of a room and jump towards the soda can you can glitch out of bounds and land on top of a unused chessboard

"I'm starting to think drowning yourself might actually be a really effective way to find some Easter eggs." Like the one where nearly drowning during a boss changes the Sonic 3 boss music to the Sonic & Knuckles boss music because that music was programmed in ahead of time? That may just be a glitch though.
I believe that was an unintended bug. From a website called Sonic Retro:
"This behaviour also seems to date back to Sonic 1, where resuming music after drowning was handled with a lookup table with a single special case for boss areas, rather than using the stored previous track as Sonic 3 does elsewhere. This bug is much less noticable in Sonic 3 & Knuckles, as the Sonic & Knuckles midboss music happens to be the correct track to resume during the Big Shaker fight, which is by far the more likely of the two water bosses to induce drowning."
Truth be told, it's actually like a really good way of finding hidden content in games (like, because developers expect you to not want to like insta-death on the regular). One of my own experiences with it was when I played the really buggy Wii version of Lego Batman 2. If you drown at a certain place in Gotham's harbor type area (and swap out with a flying immortal character mid-drown), you can find the model of Gotham used in the cut scenes just there to explore.
Guy: "What do you look like without makeup?"
Her: "You don't want to see me without makeup..."
Guy: "Come on! It can't be that bad."

I’ll try and look into the Mad Max one when I get back to my house Monday, I love mysteries and Easter eggs, so I’ll trial and error to see if I can take Rico’s skeleton there.

I can take a stab at the first one-- like you said, it looks like a group of spawn objects collected together at the zero point of the map. The background looks like the underside of the map topography. What happened was probably a spawn glitch-- my best guess is that the player drowned on the same frame they were supposed to be teleported away from the Veteran's Center and the game freaked out trying to consolidate where they were supposed to be for a few seconds.

Over 13 years after having beaten the first Assassin's Creed, I didn't know it was possible for Altair assassinate himself, until now. Lol
7:10 I'm pretty sure 's the game bugging out when trying to respawn the player back in-bounds. I don't know exactly what's happening, but to me that looks like the game accidentally creating two instances of the player object. That's why they both move exactly the same - they're both reading the same controller inputs.
Not to mention that a similar bug actually ended up becoming a power-up in Super Mario 3D World, that being the Double Cherry. That's what gives me the idea.
Too bad the multiform technique basically halves your power level with every copy.

The LBP thing is easily explainable. In the Untethered Jetpack tutorial of the Creator Pack 2, you can fly all the way up to the top of the level and find The Queen hanging onto a cloud. It's just a joke from the dev's for the player to find. There's nothing really to it. I'm surprised that they didn't make him say anything.
I love how I dont have to abuse my phone screen to skip a sponsorship. Instead, this MadLad inputs the sponsorship in the script of the video, like an Easter egg!

3:10 that is one of the new alien parts for some of the new weapons on BL3. His playermodel and gun might have not loaded properly in but the alien front of his gun did.
That's exactly what I would thinking. If it was the alien barrel, it would make sense that the inside parts of the model aren't full rendered.
I think the Borderlands 3 parts were just glitches. The Skywell “creature” is just the alien barrel part you can get. And the sound is just Maliwan soldiers.
The music goes so well with the video , I feel like I'm a fringe detective montaging my way to the bottom of the rabbit hole lol

The "veteran center" is Jacob's compound he takes you there in the story and so it would be rendered for the cutscenes and also he uses a music box to put you in a trace.

3:19 Sounds like "Freeze Frame", referencing the J. Geils Band's song, though it doesn't sound like it comes from said song.
It's always a good day when a few lines of subtitles go missing and the rest of the entire subtitles get messed up

So with LBP3s Larry davinchi In an old build you were able to “kill” davinchi but it was scrapped Well kinda in some copies its patched but there are some ways to trigger the cutscene
The cutscene would have the ghost form with a video saying to rewind the game by pressing Depad Left

The most consistent method of glitching under the map in far cry 5 is opening your parachute just before hitting the ground

The Littbigplanet 3 Da Vinci death is very much possible, I was able to do it by just blocking one of his doors, so when he spawns in he just dies, and it puts thr camera up to the dead da vinci and tells you to rewind.
You can access the model of the "maggot-face girl" using SOMA's HPL3 modding tools too, as well as unused assets like a character called "patchwork man".
The 50s song is called only you by the platters
My thought for the Little Big Planet Oob: It's a cutscene that would've happened to show (comically) what happens when you touch a hazardous object, but of corse, was scrapped as it should be obvious.

The assassins creed one is just the game accidentally spawning in two player characters which both would have the same scripts attached to them. The fact that you could assassinate Altier could point to a planned multiplayer, but it's more likely shared code between npc's & the player, or the player is tagged as assassinateable just in case they added a multiplayer down the line.
7:34 Maybe because falling off the map isn’t something the horse wasn’t supposed to even experience and because of the error that this causes it instead replaces it with a copy of yourself???
Here’s the explication for the Lbp one, in a older build you could’ve killed DA VINCI, afterwards you would be teleported to that section and shown a projected sign telling you to rewind, and 2 cut voice lines of DA VINCI and Victoria were found.
There is still a way
The first Out of bounds mystery is easy that place is a staging location for many of the cutscenes involving the main badudes house, some scenery cuts, and various Drug trip/reprogramming cutscenes.
It is all suppose to relate back to that house, which is suppose to be the main badudes house.... Hinted at constantly and unapproachable due to you being programmed by his music and drug flowers.
The Objects like trashcan and why the player gets dumped there, is that is a default asset dump point. If any object needs to be loaded but has no place to go- it goes to origin, in that game engine.
That is all the staging props undefined in location and yet loaded.
On the opening map of Borderlands 3, you can see on the map a very out of place white rectangle that you can never reach. I don't know if it's there anymore, but still
Drowning yourself is the way too find the god Easter egg in the game reality

The veteran centre is a place you get hauled off to as the story goes on, I assume they dont want you going there after the scripted event.
The objects below might be part of cutscenes maybe?
I'd say the plane is a placeholder for the room that they'll most likely add when the game is out
That Assassin's Creed glitch is mad interesting. I wonder if falling out of bounds with the horse makes the game mistakenly spawn 2 players instead of the player and the horse, and that's why you can control both
For the extra Assassin's Creed character that appears, I don't think that's from a cut co-op mode. It looks like he has a holographic effect so idk why but I believe the game decided to also spawn in the loading screen Altair.
the alien head in the borderlands loading scene is just the barrel of a set of weapons, known as infested weapons.
Oh! The borderlands three object is an alien gun attachment for the barrel. You can see the teeth and the veins. I have no clue why its there, but potentially Manic had one of those equippe or one of the a.i. in the scenes had it, as they can have random guns. Its likely a camera glitch.
The thing for borderland 3, the sound that plays i think it says "crusade" or something like that

All I can hear from the Borderlands audio glitch(?) Is "Freeze-ray!" Not sure how much sense that would make but it's all I can hear.
First one looks like an instantiation area. When a single object is used a ton of times, its easier on the systems memory to load the object once, and then copy it tons of times than just load it a ton of times.

7:25 the co-op idea seems mostly unfounded. the real thing that seems to be happening here is that a second instance of the player object is spawned, which is why it copies you exactly and why killing one of them would result in a game over. the only real evidence toward co-op is the fact that you can hit the copy, but this could just mean enemy and player attacks are programmed the same
Is sounds like the weird loading voices are saying "Were safe"
First one with the trash can is 100% the location the game teleports anything that falls out of the world. It's common for games to put all that stuff in one spot, hence why it's all colliding with each other. While drowning the character model must of clipped through the ground and hit the trigger to tp there.
the assassins creed one acts like a doom voodoo doll when you have more than one player spawner it spawns multipleplayer models you only control one but the rest still end up killing you if you die

If you drown yourself, you’ll glitch 6ft under the ground and find yourself stuck in a box. It’s a really weird easter egg.

If you fall under the map in bloodborne you'll see a giant abyss and start rapidly approaching it getting closer and closer honestly it unsettled me more and more the closer I got to it

The borderlands 3 “creature” is an e tech weapon of some sort, I can tell that without playing the game (I did play the others though), so I don’t know where people got the whole monster thing from? Sounds like some mad bull to me
The Veterans Center from Far Cry 5 is only "mysterious" if you haven't played the game.
actually, with the veteran center im pretty sure its the same place you go during those missions where you get captured by Jacob, the entrance looks really similar to a certain point near the end, so I think its where those missions take place

8:07 the glitch does not allow create mode anywhere in the game but instead allows you to become any custom sackbot
Well I can answer at least why if you go near the veteran center in far cry 5 you hear music and get set back, its answered in the story. Jacob seed uses the song 'Only You' to hypnotize and control the player.

In burnout paradise there is a few out of bounds glitches And a glitch to change a car colour that could never have its colour changed

take this with a grain of salt because im no dev, but i think the Farcry 5 one was the 0, 0, 0 point on the map, where all the stuff goes where spawning in, the origin
that thing with assassins creed, it probably just spawned in two of the same instances as a safeguard for when the player falls off the map. aka a glitch or mistake in the code.
The fact you cant go the veterans centre and its rendered inside is because its where one of the villains is based
Keep in mind lbp3 levels are built using the ingame tools
I feel like the Dying Light lockbox removal was because there was a dev item in there
