New to the game I'm RR tier can I still get undertaker event card or am I locked out of it

you can get it but it will difficult as your deck won't be able to beat the opponents deck on the event card unless you play +1's

The Bayley and HHH cards look cold definitely gonna be grinding for them. Any advice on early tier RTG? I have all event cards heroic from last season but will it be enough to get the Undertaker?
