- New arrest and search warrants just obtained by KPRC 2 reveal new details about the timeline between 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray’s murder and the arrest of her alleged killers, Johan Jose Martinez-Rangel and Franklin Pena.
On the night of Wednesday, June 19-three days after Jocelyn’s murder-the search warrants indicate that officers received a phone call from a man in Laredo, Texas. The man said his cousin, who he referred to as “Joe,” lived in Houston, and he had sent him text messages saying that he believed he was living with the two men responsible for Jocelyn’s death.
Shoutout to the cousin, i believe the roommate was rightfully scared especially if its 2 to 1.
If those 2 realized that he noticed it was them on TV they would have probably ended him there and then.
Imagine trying not to react while sitting next to them watching the news😭😭😭

This report says they're arrested for capital murder, think that qualifies for the death penalty. Don't know if there's a timeline for such cases to add extra charges and stuff, if it's even necessary on top of capital murder.
The reality is that DA Ogg is a Soros-backed progressive who hates the death penalty, especially when it's used against criminals of colors, and rarely ever goes for the death penalty in capital murder cases.
She said that if she was to ask for no bail she would have to prove that a jury would convict for sexual assault or any other aggravating factor and she doesnt have all the evidence yet. I think she is going to bring these charges once the evidence is air tight. She is likely also playing politics since this country is so backwards with illegal immigration and their crimes.

The "other roommate" and the "suspect's boss" were two different people. The roommate was scared and had to play it cool... he texted someone else to ask them to contact the police, which they did. The suspect's boss also contacted the cops as soon as he was safely away.

We know this because he told cops he gave the guy a ride home on Sunday at which point the suspect admitted to killing someone... The "other" roommate, the suspects boss did not go to police with this information on Sunday.

It's everywhere. Just about anyone can get a social security number and/or a driver's license without being a citizen or a national. It even happened to a man whose father was born in the USA and whose mom was Canadian. He himself was born in Canada but grew up in the USA. He thought he was a U.S. American citizen because he had a social security number and a driver's license and had even been able to vote and paid taxes his whole life. Anyways, he was about 65 or 70 years old (I think 🤔) when he was told he wasn't a national or a citizen, and this happened only after he had tried to get his social benefits. It was up to him to prove it so he had to hire a genealogist and dig up family pictures, etc because dna wouldn't help as it would just show that he was European ( that part was funny).
Don't know what happened to him in the end.
I think the problem is the lack of a national citizen's ID. That would solve many problems. We have that in Europe and it makes it impossible for anyone to be illegal. And by the way, no one can hire you if are illegal and even if they do, they are discouraged from doing so because of the amount of trouble they get into.

Can someone clear this up for me? The roommate called his cousin, leading to the arrests. However there was another roommate which was their boss, and he only came forward later despite the fact that the two suspects had already confessed to a murder to him? Meaning, the boss wasn't gonna say anything until the other roommate contacted police? If they has already told the boss about the murder, why hadn't he already gone to law enforcement?
