How to Freeze Rows and Columns in Mac Numbers Spreadsheet.
In the Apple spreadsheet app- Numbers, You can choose up to 5 header rows and columns and choose to freeze them or not.

Unfortunately that's not possible. it always go with rows or columns from the top and the right sides

Thanks! But when I try this the number of header columns option is grayed out (only Zero), while the number of header rows is selectable. What would cause this and how can I fix it?

Maybe it's because you have horizontally-merged cells

Header rows and columns are restricted to the first 1 to 5 rows and or columns.
