  • Building a 30'x 30' shop pad. This one is a little different because the builder put in some piers for the footing to sit on and I need to work around them. I hauled in 31 loads of clay and compacted them in lifts for the concrete guys to come in and dig the footings. I was able to haul the clay from my shop and finally get some of that mess cleaned up. Thanks for watching! #EliteEarthworks #Takeuchi #shoppad

Well, that was a bit different - at first I thought you were going to be working in a cemetery! But you did get everything packed in pretty nice and while those piers were different they looked like they were well made. BTW I noticed that the owner was watering his house. Was that to help grow an addition?

Looks like it would have been more efficient to build the pad and auger the pier holes. Oh well, gotta do whatever they want you to do. Your yard cleaned up nice, and the pad looked good too. Stay safe my friend.

You seem to get some strange ones. Around here I would have built a pole barn on that spot. Leveled it as best as I could . Filled in what was needed. Set the posts. Poured a slab. Have no idea what codes you have to follow but to me that seems nuts. Looks good.

That builder needs to understand foundations and pads a little better. If the guy with the shovel was the builder, he should have been there the whole time helping to have to work around those piers. That was as ass backward of idea as I have seen for a pad. There is no need to make your job unnecessarily more complicated for no reason. You did a good job working around them without knocking anything over. Good job. Your truck wouldn't be right without those 12' stacks.

I’ve said it before, where do you find these people, seems something kinda simple, but these people make it so confusing, difficult, not making sense.you get the idea.just keep shaking your head and maybe that will make it kinda make sense, naw who’s kidding who, still confused.good little video.good luck on the outcome.be safe.hope they don’t want to change the location of the pad, that would be epic 😎😎😎👍👍👍
