I recently got accepted to UMich, how do you honestly feel about their science courses and professors in that realm, is it hard to get an A there? And do they really provide you with what you need to succeed as far as different opportunities outside of class?
First off, Congrats!! Overall, I really like umich and the science courses that I have taken there, but they are hard. The amount of content that you need to be able to memorize and apply in a given semester is sometimes overwhelming but manageable with good work ethic and study habits (for reference, I was an A and B student in highschool and still have managed to keep this trend in college). Many of the professors are willing and able to assist students who need help (depending on the size of the course) and there are also office hours + drop in tutoring sessions outside of class time. Even though stem courses at umich are generally more difficult, the university provides you with the knowledge and resources that you need to do well.
