yeah that's cuz most people don't have a trigger finger fast enough to get the max dps pre "nerf" (410 RPM, about 7 times per second). for most people it was honestly a buff

Its a very minor thing. Its an overall nerf but that split milliseconds dont matter as much for casuals. In fact, its easier to use it in controller since i tend to either forgot to aim or forgot to shoot with semi auto guns, v9s included.
