When I closed my eyes and started praying immediately Candy Crush used to be in my thoughts. At the same time I was TALKING to God I could visualise those candies matching... I can't describe how bad it was

That sounds like it was pretty bad. I was just the same! But it gets better when we actually acknowledge we have a problem before we work on fixing it.

It’s very relieving to listen to someone that had been 5 years out of social media! You seem so strong and wise. Thanks for sharing your experience and ideas to us. I’m deleting my social medias and I hope I can get there!

I love this video! 😃😊🙌 I’ve actually started my journey on digital minimalism. I don’t have a lot of apps on my phone and that helps! I only use IG and TH-cam. I’m starting to be more aware of being on IG too long. What helped me a lot was instead of being on social media, I read books ! 😃😍 Also, learning languages on Duolingo is more productive for me than scrolling. Playing chess online is quite fun and it’s great as a replacement for social media. There’s a lot of things to do and so many new hobbies to try!! 😃🤩

Not too long ago I uninstalled my social media platforms and deleted some of my accounts because of how different it felt towards me. As far as phone addiction, I gotta work on this next step without look at it for hours. The only things I use when I use my phone are TH-cam videos, music, games, and communication. Thank you for this video and I hope to follow the tips you give us.

Taking a dump without phone gets boring that’s the only reason I am on social media

😆 Maybe my video "Bored after quitting social media?" can help.

Can you make more videos about your work working with dying people and their stories? Sounds interesting

Mind reader.. I'm actually working on next week's video specifically on lessons I've learned from working with the dying. So make sure you watch it Tuesday! 😊

It's usually harder in the beginning, but hopefully you will feel much better afterwards!
I like to leave my phone at home sometimes when I'm spending time with my family, and I admit, sometimes it feels strange. But I always feel like we end up having better quality time. 😊 Thank you for watching!
