The definition in wet concrete is ridiculous, Wouldn't be the the same if he wasn't blowing all those whites out, the concrete would look much "flatter". Just search it on google. My town actually has a shop just for mascot costumes and embroidering type of stuff. I don't know if you can get just the head piece. I think you need to buy the whole suit and a suit of that quality in the picture would probably run about 600-1000 dollars.
