The view that is labeled Hardwick is actually Joe's Pond in Danville. The damage to the lower part of the covered bridge in Wolcott (the Fisher Bridge) was caused by the river rising that high in the July 2023 flooding. The view labeled Starksboro is in Fayston.
Fall was very odd this year. The colours were very muted and the leaves are already falling off the trees. That was it? There was much more green than usual. If I had traveled to Vermont to be amazed, I would've thought it was "okay" - but no big deal. 🤔

What date/month was this shot? Planning to visit Vermont towards the end of September. Any recommendations for prime fall foliage?
