U have to send it to a file. i have to send it to my gmail unlabeled file then go back to the app and grab it from that file for me to get it to work. It took me days to figure out.

Go to your app and hit find get pdf or whatever it says to go get the pdf. Go to your file downloads i have to go under my gmail folder and find the label..click select then it will open up in the app. Then u hit print then ok and then it prints. It took me days to figure out..i was about ready to give up completely.

Woohoo! Glad you got it going. For mercari you should be able to do a screenshot then print the screenshot of that label. I think that's the only way to do it until mercari updates 4x6 shipping.
@@thecollegepicker for Mercari I take a screenshot, convert to PDF and then I can print it - not a bad workaround! They JUST updated that you can use a QR Code for USPS if you don't have a printer, but I'm glad I have my printer!!

So I have saved the PDF as you mention, and I've downloaded FBA print, but every time I try to open the PDF into FBA print, the app freezes and loses its Bluetooth connection to the printer. Is there something I'm doing wrong here, or am I just down $150 on a printer that won't actually work with my Android phone.
I bought the Bluetooth model and just received replacement with the same issue. My Android connects to it. The label is shown on the App. It prints out the label, but it's blank Everytime. Label is facing upward, everything is set properly, but just isn't printing. I've used 2 different phones, with all settings allowed, and same outcome. I hope you can help before I have to return this one as well.

Hi I have the beeprt by 426 and when I try to connect it to an android phone via Bluetooth the FBA print app scans but never finds the printer. I see a green light around the orange circle button on top of the printer. It was red until i put a label in the feed then it turned green. the bluetooth on the phone is on. I do not see the printer there either when it scans for new devices. Would you have any idea how to make the printer connect to the app? I tried emailing china for support and no one writes back. 🙁

Bluetooth function can be used on windows, and Android system, but it can not be used on Mac system temporarily, but you can use it on Mac System through USB. So I still do not get why it does not come up when FBA print scans for new devices.
What about the product listing? I think they changed the product last year. The company can change the actual product and the community questions will be the same.

I had the same thing happen until I did it exactly like this video. Try picking the file through a different path. One wrong thing and you'll get the error.
So I ordered a by426bt and received a by426 . Am I still going to be able to run this from my phone or am I screwed and have to mail it back? I don't care if I need to do a type c to usb connection or whatever, Wireless is not my concern. I am working out of state and needed something to make shipping easier (eBay) before I go home. Please help if you can. I had watched all your videos to decide on the by426bt but don't see one for the by426. I have an Android phone fyi.
I think beeprt stopped carrying the bluetooth version after I already released this video. The USB+ dongle I don't think will work with this printer on android 😔.
I just got mine and spent the evening futzing with it. The app crashes EVERY time I try to print a PDF file, no matter where the file resides, but it seems happy enough to print images. So I take a screenshot of my label, rotate 90° and crop out the extra white space, and that's what I print. A few extra steps but it works for the volume I'm doing now (and until I can justify the Brother printer!)
@@thecollegepicker I found an APK of the app and downloaded it and disabled auto app updates. Old app obvious still works like a charm still, but if you figure out something with new version let me know. Seems everyone experiences instant crashing with pdf upload click.

One of the downfalls I was mentioning about this printer. Software Updates could kill the app if they don't support it. I'll check my model and make an update video next month I think.
I am completely perplexed... I have been using my BT/Android/iOS compatible Dymo MobileLabeler for around 3 years now... Literally cost me $29 plus tax at OfficeMax or OfficeDepot, cannot recall specifically... Can not understand why you are claiming a $150 printer is the only option... The only reasoning I was able to come up with was that this was a 5 year old video... That not being the case, and the number of highly rated BT printersbetween $30 and $100 is innumerable... How did you come to the $150 price point? Hopefully someone can help...

College picker, you failed to mention that the beeprt cannot make return shipping labels! I just bought printer for a phone I want to return. In the past I've had to go to the annoying library to do so, or a friend with a computer and label printer. I spent a whole afternoon trying to figure why it wasn't working and just spitting out blanks. Until I read reviews on the fba print app. It sucks. And the answer about eBay came from you. That returns are only printed on 8 x 11. So now I've got another return to do on the beeprt printer because I've learned that the black one is not BT capable. This was on the Amazon website reviews on the printer. The version on the app should be the 1.0.7 thanks for the waste of a tutorial
None of the label printers can make return shipping labels on eBay. If you crop the return label into a smaller format then it can work. There are Bluetooth and non bluetooth black version, you have to order from the correct listing. The app was updated but works the same as in this video.

On Amazon, the model # matches what you informed me about the printer. But when I received it, it didn't have the Bluetooth symbol like the one you demonstrated with. It did connect with my phone on BT, received the command to print but blanks exited. Then I researched more on your channel about eBay is how I learned that returns can't be generated. And other reviews on the play store FBA printer pertaining to the version to use. I could use some help and hope. If not I got another return to do. Sincerely Ernesto

The whole point of a Bluetooth printer is to make your life easier. Saving PDFs, going back and forth. Etc is NOT worth it. Thanks for the info. DEFINITELY not buying this printer.

It's possible you have the non bluetooth version. They have a usb and a bluetooth version.

Hi, USPS website will give you the worst rates and only 8.5x11 formatting. I would recommend pirate ship to save money and have more printing formats.

Make sure you open it exactly as shown in the video. Its not intuitive and mine does the same crash thing if I open it the wrong way

I use them all for testing but we prefer the brother for convenience.

You can but not through the eBay app. You have to log into the browser on "desktop mode" on mobile and do it that way to get the multilabel PDF.

@@thecollegepicker I found an APK of the app and downloaded it and disabled auto app updates. Old app obvious still works like a charm still, but if you figure out something with new version let me know. Seems everyone experiences instant crashing with pdf upload click.

App doesn't work at all. Keeps closing automatically.
One of the downfalls I was mentioning about this printer. Software Updates could kill the app if they don't support it. I'll check my model and make an update video next month I think.

I am completely perplexed... I have been using my BT/Android/iOS compatible Dymo MobileLabeler for around 3 years now... Literally cost me $29 plus tax at OfficeMax or OfficeDepot, cannot recall specifically... Can not understand why you are claiming a $150 printer is the only option... The only reasoning I was able to come up with was that this was a 5 year old video... That not being the case, and the number of highly rated BT printersbetween $30 and $100 is innumerable... How did you come to the $150 price point?

well me thinking I spent so much on ink and my stupid big printer, I want to retire.....
Some big printers are economical, the new inktank ones and laserjets. Not inkjets =(

College picker, you failed to mention that the beeprt cannot make return shipping labels! I just bought printer for a phone I want to return. In the past I've had to go to the annoying library to do so, or a friend with a computer and label printer. I spent a whole afternoon trying to figure why it wasn't working and just spitting out blanks. Until I read reviews on the fba print app. It sucks. And the answer about eBay came from you. That returns are only printed on 8 x 11. So now I've got another return to do on the beeprt printer because I've learned that the black one is not BT capable. This was on the Amazon website reviews on the printer. The version on the app should be the 1.0.7 thanks for the waste of a tutorial
None of the label printers can make return shipping labels on eBay. If you crop the return label into a smaller format then it can work. There are Bluetooth and non bluetooth black version, you have to order from the correct listing. The app was updated but works the same as in this video.
@@thecollegepicker you can tell how frustrated I was. Forgive the heat of the comment for me. Your pretty much the reason I bought the beeprt. I believe you're right about the black model. On Amazon, the model # matches what you informed me about the printer. But when I received it, it didn't have the Bluetooth symbol like the one you demonstrated with. It did connect with my phone on BT, received the command to print but blanks exited. Then I researched more on your channel about eBay is how I learned that returns can't be generated. And other reviews on the play store FBA printer pertaining to the version to use. I could use some help and hope. If not I got another return to do. Sincerely Ernesto
No worries man. Are you only trying to print a return from eBay from your phone? Do you have a computer and do you have any other printer on your house?
@@thecollegepicker I noticed on the beeprt episode before the tutorial you used an iPad? Will a 2nd gen 2012 iPad be useful so as not to return the printer. And just download any returns and eBay sales on my phone and Bluetooth pdf's to it to print off the iPad?

Sounds like way too many steps.
It's pretty clunky.
The whole point of a Bluetooth printer is to make your life easier. Saving PDFs, going back and forth. Etc is NOT worth it.

my printer keeps printing the same thing over and over and also will spit out every sheet of lable i have it wont stop unless i turnit off

mine worked properly in the beginning but now will not stop after the labels are printing just keeps spitting out blank labels!
