Personally I love Kukulkan. But Vulcan is pretty damn good too. Never tried Hel

Vulcan’s 1 can go through all walls. His 2 can only go through player made walls. His Ultimate does 80% minimum damage at its minimum range.
Having the Chef Vulcan skin and not using it should result in a permaban 😤
