I feel that only reason to work on the mind is to give it the info to allow the heart to open.
(If the mind is fulll of fear programs from society or abrahamic religions)
And maybe to align thoughts with oneness so the 3rd eye is ready to open without illusions.

Thank you Swamiji! Please, could you explain, how can I deal with judgements from other people, When I made big mistakes in my past life. I'm developing my self forgiveness but at the same time I see how people who judge are involve into a belief system that may produce the same mistakes I made. I want help them but I feel that I'm not worthy.
As a kind of ill that becomes contagious through judgements.
I feel a kind of compassion within me, for that guys who judge me. But at the same time I think I not deserve to feel that.
