The link for 2x6.35 mm splitter cable provided by you opens to a cable having 3.5 mm TRS instead of TRRS mentioned in the video. Would it be OK to use TRS jack
Yes TRS shall be ok. It will work.
Hi Sr. I have condenser mic. Can i use in this mixer? Which is better mic to use for this mixture- Dynamic or Condenser?
Yes condenser mic can be used. You will have to use phantom power button in the mixer for condensor mic. Condensor mic with phantom power give better amplification. But they catch noise also.so if you have sound proof recording place you can use condensor mic well. If the place is not sound proof go for dynamic mic. Never use dynamic mic with phantom power on .else your mic may get damaged

How would you recommend for MG06X. Does this mixer have inbuilt audio interface. I have seen people using audio interface like Berhinger’s uca222 between mixer(other brand) & phone. Would using that in this case improve the sound quality
MG06X is also very good mixer with built in audio interface. All the technology is almost same except that it has less inputs ..also for instead of pre build effects you will have to manually adjust that. In general u don't need an extra audio audio interface ..
Thanks for the informative video sir. Just one doubt, if the mixed output of the mixer is fed back into the phone via TRRS splitter, wouldn't that mess up the recording generated by the app since app is expecting pure voice and handle mixing at its own end?
No it will not. If you are talking specifically about starmaker then I have used it with starmaker and there is no problem. May be u need some latency adjustment in case you hear some disturbance in recording.

Great information. Maine bhi purchase kiya ise aapka video dekhne k baad. Par mere philips speaker mein output sound mein thoda delay/lag rehta hai. Headphone use karne par lag nahi rehta. Speaker waale lag ko kaise fix kiya jaay? please suggest.
Maine speaker pe laga ke check Kiya mujhe delay ya lag nahi mila. Aap kisi aur speaker ke saath check karke dekhiye ..

In this mixer one effect at a time can be chosen. There is reverb with hall 1 , reverb with hall 2 etc which you can select and control the value of such effects to your taste.
Can we insert output from the mobile 3.5 jack in the mixer input mic jack ?
Mobile ka output stereo hota hai jo aap mixer ke input 5-6, 7-8 ya 9-10 me de sakte hain

बहुत शुक्रिया आपके प्रश्न के लिए। रिकॉर्ड कैमरा में हुआ है जो वीडियो आप देख रहे हैं उसी में। मैने मिक्सर का आउटपुट कैमरा के mic input में लगा रखा था तो जो मिक्सर से आउटपुट गया वो ही वीडियो में रिकॉर्ड हुआ है।
What would be the effect if phantom power is turned ON for a dynamic mic. As far as I understand only condenser mic requires phantom power.
Phantom power can damage the dynamic mic 🎤. It is only intended for condernsor 🎙️ microphones.

Shure ka SM 58 dynamic Mic kafi achcha hota hai .. Speaker aap sound quality aur budget ke hisaab se select kar sakte hain

Yes . It should be possible.one way is that u give the karaoke input by some mobile. Other way is to add the karaoke track in the Adobe audion software beforehand.

Sir, inspired by your informative video, I have invested into Yamaha MG06x and SM58 along with accessories, however despite multiple setting combination the sound output quality was found very husky and low on volume(eg. gain at +20, high at -5 and low at -5 )is not even at par with earphone used directly into smule app whether FX /HPF is used or not. I expected crisp & clear sound output but I am disheartened with the output. I wanted to share you the output in both cases to suggest what has gone wrong but don’t know how?

Can we use mic of apple earphone having 3.5 mm jack to sing through it using 6.35 mm adapter into the mic input and not using phantom power. Will other effects(reverb etc) work if phantom power is not used
I will check this and let u know. Effects etc are independent of phantom power . Phantom power is just being used for the condernsor based mics which needs extra power else the voice output is very low. For using the earphone mic with adaptor into mixer .. I will check and let u know
Just checked earphone mic inserted in mixer using an adaptor .. it didn't worked either with or without phantom power

Very interesting question.. I tested this and yes you can do like this. Lekin is case me aapko apne vocals monitoring me sunai nahi dega.. starmaker me recording hogi. Agar apne vocals bhi sunne hain to starmaker me voice feedback option choose karna hoga track me .. hope this answers ur question
I don’t require my voice feedback to record. In fact the arrangement would save on cost of one TRS cable for me😂. Also music would already be playing in the phone and only voice is to be fed, then it’s superfluous to route the music from mobile through the mixture and back to the mobile
Exactly i was also thinking, music is routed to mixer and again it is going to mobile through microphone part of Y cable, wil it create enterference in original track, plz clarify
There is no apparent interference as per my experience so far. There may be different connectivity options as per your need. This is just one of those connection settings. In starmaker app I am using this method only and not experience any kind of interference.

I mean to say that I sing using IPhone 12 directly connected to apple earphone without anything in between but the out put is very husky whereas, I have seen people on smule singing through same apple earphones sounding very crisp and echo quality that I have not been able to achieve through reverb/room size adjustments on smule interface. Can this mixer be used with apple earphones to sing & record to get better output on smule. If yes then what would be the connections
Yes ..this mixer can be used with apple or Android phone to get crisper voice. In this video i have used Android phone but same setup and cables can also be used with apple iphone also . Only thing additional needed is iphone audio interface to stereo 3.5mm interface adaptor.
iPhone with apple earphone also can give u crisper sound . Use reverb around 35 or 40. And room size around 70..may be this can help.. keep mic of earphone closer to mouth. Keep fan etc off in the room as this kind of earphone uses condenser mic which catches noise easily.

How can I use the mixer to sing StarMaker tracks on a PA system speaker ?
There are monitor out ports on the top right of the mixer use those ports to connect it to a PA speaker. Or you can also use the phone port output for your external speaker input.
Starmaker tracks input can be done using the mobile connection as I have shown in the video
