If you are in your 2nd SEMESTER that means you are still in your FIRST YEAR of university, YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR UGRAD PAKISTAN once you are in your SECOND UNIVERSITY YEAR and onwards that makes you be a 3rd/4th/5th/6th semester student to apply for this program. YOU ARE INELIGIBLE IF YOU ARE IN 1st/2nd/7th/8th SEMESTER OF UNIVERSITY. Hope this helps! Cheers!
