  • Hello beautiful people! This is a very in-depth video to help you decide which radio frequency device you should buy. I get asked this question all the time! As an avid user of beauty devices for the past three years, I have tested and reviewed a number of radio frequency devices to help tighten sagging skin. I will give you the pros and cons of these devices: NEWA Beauty, MLAY, Comper Smartkin 4 in 1, Evenskyn Lumo, Evenskyn Venus, Medicube Deepshot. I hope this information helps you to decide which device is best for you. As always, let me know if you have any questions! I am always so very thankful for every watch, comment and like! It means the world. 💖🙏💖 xox Jodylynn

    I've been looking into info on RF devices for a little bit now and I love the down to earth and straightforward presentation.
    I have the Silk'n Titan RF device I ordered about 5 months ago and was pretty religious with use the first few months. I suppose I notice some improvement coupled with my skin care regimen, but I've been looking to try out another device.
    I really started focusing on a dedicated skincare routine last summer/fall when I'd finally gotten control of a bout of hormonal acne that unhappily left me with hyperpigmentation. Looking back it's insane to see how much time it took for my skin tone to even out.
    Im glad I stumbled across this video. Thanks for the great delivery of your take on the devices. I've subscribed and will definitely be investigating your other videos.

I used derma pin device but have been too busy. Hearing your comparison thoughts always super helpful. I currently would love to get the bells and whistles RF device you’ve reviewed. This is probably the best video comparison on RF devices and I have seen whatever is out there. Nicely done.
    I'm not sold on tripollar primarily because I feel like there is no need for a company to make so many of the same type of devices. I just see a manufacturer taking advantage of the consumer. I basically stay away from companies like that.
    Medicube, seems to be providing great products, every video I've seen talks great about their skin products. Now, their devices, I'm still on the fence. They also appear to show manipulating marketing practices. If you notice the pictures on their site, it actually says for simulation purposes in small fonts. To me, that's a red flag. Their website is overwhelming marketing.
    I've never heard of Comper. I'll have to take a look.
    I'll keep checking your videos. Thank you

    Good morning Jodi! This video came at such an awesome time! First I greatly appreciate your in-depth explanation and the pros and cons for each device. I was almost going to purchase the Nebulyft but now I'm not sure. I did have a question on the Evenskin for around the eyes. Do you use that every single day? Can you use your own eye cream or serum with that one? Also, the Evenskin for the face can you use radio frequency and led on that one at the same time?

    Jody, I LOVE LOVE LOVE your videos. Questions: I don't like multi function devices, Will the NEWA do the trick? which shoudl I buy? wired or plug-in? Can I use the gel from the ZIIP with it? Love it because don't have to keep applying the gel;
    NEXT microcurrent - I purchased the ZIIP, but think I should have done the MYOLIFT to effectively tighten the muscles, I have been using it for about a month and do not see any results yet, I LAYER a lot of the ZIIP programs at one time, maybe the ZIIP would be better at maintenance and get the MYOLIFT to get the initial results? I did buy the EMS but have not started using it yet. Maybe it would be enough for tightening the muscles? I don't want to go into overload but I do want results! Help!

    • @AgingNaturallywithJodylynn

      Hello! Thank you for watching! The NEWA is what changed my face 3 years ago. I totally recommend it for sagging skin. I'd get the plug in. And get it on sale as they are always having sales! Do not use the Ziip gel with it. You can use the Medicube Age R Gel (cheaper and great ingredients) with the Newa. Regarding the Ziip, it depends on how advanced your aging signs are. I do recommend the Mini for more advanced signs of aging and then maintain those results with a hand held. That is what I did 3 years ago. I used the NEWA and the Mini. Let me know if you have any other questions! ❤️🙏 Thank you for watching!

    2 questions: A) I am afraid of RF devices because i hear people say that it can melt the fat in your face which is the last thing an aging face needs, but I heard you say that it definitely does now, please comment B) It is too much to do all of these and in this order: Red Light, EMS, Ziip, and the Oral lift (do not know where I would fit in a RF device in there) I LOVE your advice!!!

    The Lumo sounds like a true multitasker.
    Wondering if Lumo actual replaces: Myolift, Newa+, Ziip , TMP, Curve, and or Nira; or is it possible that one of these afore mentioned devices might compliment a modality. One would certianly not want to overdo, but simplifing would be extremaly convenient.

    Great information, thank you. I think product information for RF devices tends to be vague. I have Tripollar Rose. If manuals are to be believed, maintenance for this device is minimal, only 2-4 times a month after using 5 times and treatment time is around 15 minutes. Seems to work well although I use other devices so hard to pinpoint what makes a difference. I do wonder why maintenance for Tripollar differs from Newa. Would think they would be the same?

  • @susan6173
    @susan6173 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Hi Jody, so should I start with the NEWA first and then when in maintenance mode add the Myolift Mini (with the gloves! love that way)?
    The NEWA takes 20 minutes 5 x week for just one area, right? How many areas are there optimally, 3 areas? so that is 1 hour every day? How long is the initial period before maintenance? When I start the Mini, how long is each treatment? How many days a week? I can use the ZIP Halo for maintenance, right? or should I always use the mini with the gloves? You use the NEWA first, followed by the Microcurrent, right? Thank you sooo much!!!

    • @AgingNaturallywithJodylynn
      @AgingNaturallywithJodylynn  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hello Susan! The NEWA takes about 16 minutes TOTAL time! One area is 4 minutes. Whew....1 hours would be tough. You can use the Mini after your RF treatment. I suggest getting started with both if you have both. You'll maximize your results. Yes, you can use the Ziip Halo for maintenance. You may want to do the Mini for the first 6 weeks, then go to Ziip for maintenance and do a mini 1x a week for 2x a month. I hope this helps, let me know if you have any other questions!

      I can't tell you which is "better" but can only tell you what has worked for me. The NEWA transformed my face! I love the Deep Shot but have been using it on skin that is now in maintaince phase. NEWA is a much longer treatment(20-25 minutes at about 4-5 times a week) but it works. The Deep Shot is 7 minutes a few times a week. Pick the one that you will be consistent with.

      You do not need to buy both. Deep shot has 1 mode, their ultrasound. Whereas, the Lumo has 5 modes. Cleaning, product penetration, RF, RF + EMS, and cool. So it depends on what you want. Both are great devices. Lumo is for more advanced signs of aging.

      Hi Philip! If you have the Lumo, you don't need the the Deep Shot. It's doing the same thing. Unless your looking to cut down time. Yes, they are similar technology. You wouldn't want to over use. What did you want the Deep shot for? How long have you been using the Lumo?

    • @pippybaby

      @@AgingNaturallywithJodylynn Thanks for replying. I have the Lumo about 6 weeks or so. I use it for about 9 minutes every 4 days. The usage advice from Evenskyn is so confusing. I thought the deep shot might compliment the Lumo. Again I wasn't 100% sure if it's the same technology. I was thinking of ordering the Air shot and thought I'd possibly order the deep shot at the same time. One thing I really don't want is potential facial fat loss. It's all so confusing 🤷

      Philip, have you seen my video on how to use the Lumo. I did a whole video because the manual was so confusing. I break it down for you. And I talk about the minutes as well.
      th-cam.com/video/XB67WAUeigA/w-d-xo.html
      From my experience, the Lumo is really all you need. The most important part of this device is that you are not over using the device. No more than 25 minutes a week (for the RF minutes) at most. Too much RF will cause fat loss, so don't over use. A great compliment would be either microcurrent or EMS to tone the muscles. (if you are looking for a skin tightening, lifted look). While the Lumo has the Rf+EMS, you don't want to use that mode often because of the RF. So getting a device that has either microcurrrent or EMS without RF would compliment because you could use it a couple of days a week. Just my thoughts. ;-) Thank you for watching! I hope this has been helpful!

      Hello Tamara! I'm not using them all at the same time. I've tested them at different times. I've test each for at least a month if not more. I can only tell you that the NEWA device is what transformed my face. Once I felt comfortable with my results, I started testing other devices. With that being said, I'm now looking for the device to maintain my results. I don't feel my results are going backwards, therefore, I feel confident that they are all a high quality device. I'm not sure I could ever say what device is "most effective". I can only share my knowledge and experience. I hope that helps. ♥️🙏 Thank you for watching!

      Hello! I am just an educator! I have my masters degree in education and am a teacher full time. I'm an avid skincare junkie and have been using these devices for several years now. I've worked with many different companies. And through my own experience and education you need to use the device as recommended. Some devices you can use on the sides of the neck. Never use it on the center of the neck. These device are NOT intended for the under eye area as that part is very sensitive and these devices are not engineered to work under the eye. Use as directed. MORE is never better. The skin needs time to do its magic at a cellular level which means you need time to heal. The healing process is where the magic happens. If you over do these devices, your results will go backwards. I hope that helps! Thank you for watching.
